Ok so I ordered some WE-Tec] MSK / M4 GBB WMAG Magazine [BLK][30rds] × 7 costing £231.00 They are listed on the website as fitting a WE L85 GBB RIF but this is not correct. They do not fit and are not compatible with the system. The items received have the valve 5mm lower than the L85 firingpin it is with them needing to be level to function. As such they are not usable and are not for use with the system (WE L85) as ordered for and as listed as being compatible with.

So I reached out to the seller who attempted to talk me into buying a used M4 RIF at £400 rather than returning the magazines. On what planet do you offer that as a solution!

It’s such a simple issue to resolve that being accepting the return due to a mistake on Sixmm side.

The seller has checked they don’t fit with the system they were ordered for just trying to avoid a return after ignoring my messages didn’t work.

Sixmm sent products that are not compatible with the item they are supposed to fit. They finally acknowledged this and accepted the return only after opening this case with PayPal. The sellers communication is poor and with repeated requests to close the PayPal case. I was told no refund would be issued while a case was open and they did what they could for me to close the case. I’ve no found out from PayPal this happens as the seller knows if the case is closed by the buyer a claim cannot be reopened.

After many messages a postage label has been provided but to an address not associated with the retailer. I believe the seller is trying to ensure no refund is issued and is actively trying their best and during this committing fraud.

The seller / retailer won’t communicate through PayPal, has repeatedly requested the case is closed or no refund will be sent and has now provided postage for an address / place not associated with the seller.

They have since blocked me on Whattsapp so have no way of getting hold of anyone now!

I JUST WANT TO RETURN THEM FOR A REFUND!!

I have ordered many things from this retailer, but you learn how good they are when things do not go well.

I bought a receiver kit from them recently but the lower had an unusual buffer tube not any I have ever seen before. I contacted them and sent a photo of the receiver expecting them to say oh yiu need this type of buffer some quick detach buffer tube. Instead I wake up to see they gave shipped me a buffer tube to the UK for free. Now that is great service I didn't have to spend weeks trying to find d of what was needed I did not need to ask how much plus shipping they just realised and sent it out. Thank you sixmm you went above what was needed.

Disgusting duty of care along with bad service

Metto una stella perché di meno non si può, attesa più di 40 giorni, pacco bloccato alla dogana perché mancava la documentazione , e la sixmm non si è degnata nemmeno di mandarmi una mail di avviso, ho dovuto ricercare io il pacco e contattare la dogana, addirittura mi hanno detto che dovevo risolvere io il problema ( senza nemmeno avere i documenti di trasporto) assurdo!!! Non è finita … oggi dopo tanto è arrivato il pacco , ma l’assurdo è che mi hanno chiesto 8 € per le spese doganali !!! Che la sixmm non mi aveva assolutamente detto questa cosa , visto che oltre ad aver pagato l’articolo ho pagato anche 12€ di spedizione (a loro), consiglio … NON COMPRATE DA LORO

I ordered 4 items from them. 2 Cyma MP5 mags and 2 Cyma extended AEP mags. They took a while to arrive, (about one month) which can be bad if you're in a rush, but i wasn't. The products arrived unscathed and was fully functional, i might even go so far as to say that im impressed with the products i ordered, considering the relatively cheap price.

From what i could tell based on the other negative reviews is that this website is basically a mixed bag. They seem to be legit, but just screw up a lot. However in my case, i never needed to contact customer service.

I ordered from this site acknowledging the risk i was getting myself into, but for how cheap everything was, it seemed unbeatable. I will consider ordering from them again, and seeing if they continue to uphold my expectations, or if i just got lucky, Will update/post a new review soon!

Hatte nie Probleme mit dem Store. Die Versandzeit ist zwar relativ lang aber das ist okay finde ich weil man in dem Store viele coole Sachen zu sehr guten preisen bekommt.

Very nice store, a big variety of stuff. Package takes some time, but they will always answer to your questions!

Unlike others, I had no problem at all, Ordered some Hi cappa parts which came through around 4 weeks later. I have expepeince ordering stuff from the far east so I want surprised or disapointed by the wait time. Overall Im really happy with the service

As my title says, the more you order the longer it takes. Not sure if SIXmm has their own WH, but with my order parts were collected. Took around one and half to two month to ship. They also contacted me for some items that they unfortunately couldn’t fulfill, they refunded the price, including part of the shipping cost (after request). They were straight, but respectful, just like I like doing business. Package was vey well packed, not a dint in the box, and evens if it did, the inside was wrapped.

All in all, I would purchase from them again, just consider it could take some time. if you’re in a hurry they, also offer partial delivery, however I didn’t needed it.

Ordered a battery extension tube got exactly what it says on the tin received in about nine days to the UK packaged well can't really complain.ooo free stickers too.

I send them a mail asking for advice and I git I think the best advice for my build even i asked about advice for several times they don't loose patience and keep answering you whatever your problem is and try their best to give the best advice possible . You can trust and ask for whatever solution uou need

Imagine you order "X" cost 70€, 30 days later you receive "Y". They ask pictures of X and Y to evaluate.... and a laconic you'll be contacted within 4 days. No one did! New request of contact and the following day..."Mail it back and pay the fee. Well check the item and if non damaged you'll get the money back". Their mistake, your fault! Would you trust people like this? "Y" thrown into the garbage and never to hear of them again.

Packaged arrived with damage, trying to communicate with this pathetic service isn't even worth it. Zero understanding of other languages even tho they sell overseas.

No emails just a crappy WhatsApp account which they barely reply anyway let alone understand you.

I general, they don't even deserve 1 star. Go elsewhere unless like me, stock has completely dried up everywhere.

I am also unfortunately locked in wait for a replacement because no doubt they won't understand refund. Hope i get my part.

This company is definitely a scammer. I ordered in April and the orders have not been shipped for 1 month. An excuse is constantly being made up. The last time they answered that there was no stock, then they disappeared again, do not shop from this company.

They will not cancel an order even if not yet dispatched and will not refund if the item is not defective.

Ordered an m14 scope mount, in their website it states its compatible but when the item arrived it didn't fit. So the problem now is if the item ordered is not defective but doesn't fit they won't do anything even if in their website it says it does.

I'm very satisfied.

My item unfortunately didn’t fit. I requested a refund a month ago and I have still current heard nothing. Avoid!!

Excellent company. My go to place for my MWS parts and my G17 gen4 Always promptly posted and well packaged and tracked. Packages take about 10 days to the UK.
