Everything went well for me. From ordering to shipping. It took me about 2 weeks to receive a very nice replica from the Guns Modify brand. The order was well protected and complete. I don't think the reviews here are necessarily representative of their quality of service. You have to pay for the features anyway to collect all the reviews (from customers for whom everything went well). I'm in e-commerce, you can believe me. Nobody is perfect, but you have to be fair ! Sixmm well done. Greatings from France.

They lied to me for over two weeks about a product being in stock, only to finally, on week three of no tracking number, decide to admit it and refund.

Sent defective part, then told me to drill and modify it myself, won't give a refund or replace it.

refuses to refund an order that has clearly been lost in the shipping process takes at least 3 weeks in-between responses and theyre blaming me for the item getting lost saying it is not their responsibility and i must contact the postal service (i had already done this and told and was informed the seller must contact said service not me, i told them this and then it was completely ignored it has been 3 months of back and forth now

Paid for an Airsoft part that was "in stock". Two weeks later, still not dispatched. They don't answer whatsApp even though they say that's how you should get in touch. Only thing that works is form on the site, which takes 24-48 hours to respond.

Despite the part still not being dispatched, they refuse to cancel and refund. Absolutely despicable behavior.

Will never ever use them again.

Bought a new APS GLOCK Carbine conversion and was sent a secondhand or one with damaged parts missing APS GLOCK carbine kit. Eventually Sixmm agreed to send another. This one damaged by water? and finger tight allen bolts snapped flush so front section/muzzle came away. Damage to the stock also meant it wouldn't extend and hold pisition. Couldn't make one good Carbine from the two sent. Sixmm so difficult to deal with its soul destroying I've given up trying to get a refund, just the same message that "customer service will be back to you in 48hrs" guess what? Not a word. I'd strongly reccomend people spend their money elsewhere. Reading the reviews a pattern emerges, I just wish I had checked here before spending my hard earned... AVOID SIXMM IMHO

Placed an order on the 2nd of January for a trigger unit, ordered arrived late on with 10th of Febuary.

Only to open the box and find they have sent me the wrong item, After back and forth via Whatsapp (Very slow to respond) over the course of a week, they finally sent me a message just saying "refunded"

I have been notifed by the Shop app that they have only partically refunded me, coving the cost of the item but not the shipping costs.

I would avoid this company at all costs, If you're like me you'll just end up doing a chargeback via your bank.

FOR ALL EUROPEAN :
Do not buy from this company, range of product is correct but all other services related to them are the worst.
You will pay in the end twice the price, your package will take twice the time to come, and if you have any problem the company will never answer you.
Please run away from this company since a lot of other asian companies are way better and since we have been enough people making this mistake : learn from our mistakes please

For christmas I asked my mother to buy me a tightbore promethius 6.03mm barrel for my tokyo marui mp5a4, I gave her the link to the correct barrel as i have the older model not the new NGRS model, I've got the order confirmation email showing the correct barrel.

What I unexpectedly received for christmas day was a NGRS model barrel that is half the price and is the wrong item.

My dear mother wouldnt of known they sent the wrong item since it's the little details on the barrel itself that make it incompatable.

I'm furious and SixMM are ignoring me on whatsapp as ive kindly requested they fix their monumental mistake and send me the correct barrel with fast expedited shipping to make up for their mistake as i've been a customer of theirs for many years.

Do not order from them, I won't be ever again unless they fix this massive mistake.
Edit: 30/01/2025, SixMM are flat out ignoring me, with no communication whatsoever. Avoid and black list this dodgy company.

Ordered beginning of dec, all items in stock yet no shipping update for weeks.
Contacting them at first doesnt lead to a reply. Messaging them on whatsapp with a clear question as to where my order is gets me the reply "yes".
After which my messages are read and ignored. After several messages i get the answer that my order will be shipped tomorrow or last week. Which has since then already passed.
Messaged again, yet again im ignored.
Garbage company, do not buy here if you want to recieve your items.

I was a little surprised to read a lot of negative reviews here.

I’m in the U.K., I asked for bolt carrier recommendations for my M4, they gave me solid advice, I paid with PayPal & less than 7 days later I’ve got the bolt carrier in my rig & it’s fantastic.

I am aware that Sixmm prefer WhatsApp for dialogue relating to orders, there could be numerous reasons for this & Whatsapp is a very fast way of staying relevant to threads of sales.

Straight up scam - charged me for an order but never provided an order number or shipping details. Attempted chatting with support who refused any help

Ordered a red dot sight and some other gear about 2 months ago, they shipped the order 6 days later and received the package 8 days after that, so not too bad.

However I believe they sent the wrong red dot, because the brightness is really poor and useless, while Holy Warrior is one of the most reputable airsoft brands.

I reached out immediately (on Whatsapp and inbox), but they rarely respond or even read any messages. The few times they did respond (couple of weeks later) it was very blunt and informal, also telling me to wait another week, after which I didn't hear anything anymore.

Terrible company.

Communication is realy poor.
Used all the emamail adresses provide by paypal in the bill for support, but it seems the mails are undilivered. Whatsapp no answer yet.
Package for two weeks stuck in transport to EU country.
Once but never again.
Poor support.

Ordered and over a week after they want 170 usd more for the shipment. which i'm not gonna pay, since i've already paid for shipment. Been trying to get in touch with them for almost 2 weeks so i either can get my money back, or to get stuf i ordered

Complete scam, sold me a faulty saiga, forgot to send me my green gas, forgot to send me my mags. Stay away.

This review isn't worth 2 stars. I am planning to buy a laser. Looking for a Element or FMA one, and Sixmm.com had a few of them for sale. As I was scrolling through a lot of options, I saw a lot of missinformation. For instance, the model is EX450 at the top, and at the bottom, it says EX396. Also, the pictures for the second model are from the first model (EX296). Basicly, the whole shop is copy pasted from unknown sources, or made by them. Also, to mention the amount of gramatical errors, i have no words. I suggest to not purchase from this website if possible. Lack of communication is also a big problem.

Orders a airsoft rep and got it within 8 days, seller answered al my question and responded fast. I would buy het definitely again.

Ordered some magazines, they turned up in reasonable time to be expected. All the tracking from china to the uk was accurate. Its my first time ordering stuff from china and was pleased with what I got.

Very awful service. I am from the UK and had been buying from them for a while now. I would consider myself a frequent customer. However with my last transaction I was very disappointed. Ordered an M4 AEG receiver from them with a marine engraved logo and received a colt laser etched logo instead. Been messaging them in whatsapp and no reply. Had to open a case on paypal and apparently they want me to return the item at my own cost before they can issue me a refund. I told them I don't mind waiting for them to send the correct item and if they want me to return the wrong one, they should be the one getting me a shipping label since they're the one who made the mistake, NOT ME. Its like throwing away money for nothing. I am still yet to respond to the paypal resolution hoping paypal will favor my side. Rubbish customer support.

Update: So in the end, since they are not a UK merchant, paypal cannot force them to go as per the right term. Instead, I ended up accepting the item (which is not the one I ordered) and forced to close the case instead of me spending additional money returning the item just to get a refund - it will only make me more of a loser since I am spending additional money and ending with nothing. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

To Sixmm, you need to train your employees or staff to learn how to properly prepare orders and not making silly mistakes like this. Also, you must own to your errors and not pass the burden to your customers. NEVER BUYING FROM YOU AGAIN. You just lost a customer.
