Awful service and company! Would leave 0 stars if I could. Ordered a mask which took forever to turn up. Wanted to return it as it was too small so contacted them within their 3 day return window, which i'll add is absolutely ridiculous for a return policy. Never had a reply from them both via email or whatsapp. So I'm now stuck with this mask that I paid way too much for with no way to return it. Just do not order from them, not worth the wait or the hassle if you need to speak to them.

Had a few issues because I didn't know the laws in my country and didn't have a UKARA. M14 ARRIVED TODAY, AMAZING PRODUCT! Will be placing many more orders. Thank you sixmm

I am never buying from them again. Incompetence at its worst. I waited for like 40 days for a shipment that could have come in a matter of days because they didn't even ship it, but sent a confirmation E-mail with a tracking number like it is on the way. Later on they refunded one of the items but not some of the shipping costs that were over the price by it's own. That happened of course because they didn't even send the package.

I heard some bad reviews but everything I ordered arrived as described to the UK, I found communication on their WhatsApp to be very good and overall great service

Cheap and delivery from Hong Kong to the UK was not too bad of a wait.

This has been nothing short of a headache DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! #1 THE ONLY WAY TO CONTACT THEM IS WHATSAPP, AND THEY DO NOT REPLY AT ALL! #2. THE SHIPPING COST IS EXAGGERATED EXTREMELY, MY PART WAS ABOUT THE SIZE OF A PENNY AND IT TOOK 30 DAYS JUST FOR THEM TO TELL ME IT WAS STILL IN HONG KONG, THEN IT NEVER LEFT THEY SENT IT BACK TO THE SENDER, AND I CANT TALK TO ANYONE ABOUT A REFUND

I ordered 3 Ares 120rd midcap mags for the FN FAL SLR and received them within 2 weeks to the United States extremely fast shipping and highly satisfied

I ordered an inner barrel for my AEG, 4 buckings, 2 nubs, and a hopup. I made sure to double check the items were correct befor ordering. Upon arrive I assume by ship I recieved everything I ordered. I buy everything with PayPal so if there were to be something wrong I would just go through the arbitration process and get my money back. I am pleased with sixmm.com and will be buying more products from them in the future!

Waited 2 months, no package arrived. Emailed them but no response for 3 weeks. What a scam

Although back in 2021 when I last used sixmm the communication method was not the best available as email was not available so this made the whole process of buying very difficult.
Yes to get any kind of action regarding a problem could be frustrating, however they are not the only ones doing that.
But and a large BUT I recently made a purchase from them and I received the item within 10 days (to the UK).
They have maintained reliable contact with me via their new website contact medium.
This has shown a major positive, as has the reliability that I have experienced now of answering questions quickly.

I hope that they have learnt that poor service is not the answer for repeat business.

Sixmm keep up with the service I have recently received as it is best for all concerned!

Do NOT buy anything from this website unless you're ok with parts missing, things are damaged and/or rusted, also most pictures do NOT represent the actual product you ordered. Customer service is basically non existent and when you do manage to get a hold of them, they will stop responding and start the process all over again. Their obvious tactic is to tire out the customers enough to make them give up. Absolutely despicable and unprofessional behavior.

I have been going website by website looking for a GBB rifle. I would pick up a GHK M4, AUG or AK but saw that they messed up with the quality control in the last times. That was a bad hit for me, but keep looking for alternatives. Looked through good but not so popular websites like wgcshop, proactstore,... And suddenly, cross upon a great deal ( at least for me ) of a custom build TM MWS M723 at sixmm.com. It featured all needed externals, Mad Dog slim handguards, Angry Gun lower and upper A1 ( brass deflector included ) receiver, outer barrel and stock. About internals, there are Guns Modify steel trigger box set, Guns Modify high speed BCG, Angry Gun Hop Up set and Roller set, Angry Gun steel body pins, and some others are just MWS original. All of this set for 1050$. No idea if the price was lowered before, but if it was the case it would be still be a nice offer in my opinion. However I thought it was too good to be true, and exactly, there were tons of crap prestige at this retailer with hella lot of very sickening and frustrating experiences that many customers dealt with this company. BIG BUT, there were also relatively good opinions about this one. To clear up my questions, I just asked this matter at gbbr heavy recoil club discord and gbbr subreddit. Both of them were also various comments but agreed on the same thing, purchase with PayPal. If anything goes wrong, you can report a flaw in the order, and they can help you out with recovering you the money. Still, I've seen in play store reviews that there were cases where they just refuse any help and goes in favor with the retailer. It was a high risk task, however I did the purchase along with some accessories ( aimpoint, flashlight, optic mount and a suppressor ), I guess it was worth the risk. After around 20 days, a relatively big heavy package came up, and all I ordered came up in the package. Yep, it was worth it. The packaging was mid, but weirdly I was satisfied. A compact card box wrapped in plastic ( obviously ), with a already cut-in cork with a bunch of wrapped foils. So far so good. After assembling the upper with the lower receiver, and putting all accessories altogether, it was wholesome to me. Filled up with some gas, bb's, and worked just like intended. Solid build, no wobbles so far at any point, very glad at the moment. Now with the bad news. I am not a exception in terms with the mistakes that this retailer do. Once arrived, so far no scratches, but there was some at the gas block front sight. The handguards are probably the cheapest dogsh1t they have found, just pure polymer ( and very shiny, asf ), same with the stock. It is such a small size stock, and the "butt end" is "inclinated", for real, some AEG furniture ( I looked up, it is indeed AEG furniture ). The images of the custom built they were selling, meant an A2 lower receiver and an A1 upper receiver with brass deflector. They almost nailed, just that the lower receiver appeared as the A1 ( straight front body pin, instead of a "curved" one ). Seems like they got with the old Angrygun M723 receiver set as the color is familiar. Guess they had not the M733 heat edition ( whatever you call it ). And the outer barrel, they gave me the socom 14.5" aside, and the assembled one was the straight pencil steel one. There was no way, they just gift me it away. It was strange, not to say the least. And also, they gave me other things like it was some sort of gift or something, because I didn't figure it out they came up along with the mentioned one at the website at any point. Like a second optic mount for carry handle. For what I saw from the blogger Airsoft Archives, he had no minimal flaw so far with the Angry Gun receiver set. I guess it is an awesome deal. Of course I've seen videos and people complaining about Angrygun, but for the complete receiver set there's no malfunctioning whatsoever. About the sixmm it self, I genuinely believe it's a matter of customs and/or pandemic. All the complaints are around that period, but not for everyone, so it must be on wich country your willing to ship. So for others that are willing to buy something in their platform, ask for them before, and then purchase with PayPal, because it is the only one that offers the chance ( I think it's not sure ) of recovering your budget if something is wrong like the cheap handguards and stock they gave me instead of normal ones. I'd recommend not to make a huge buy after all even tho made such purchase nvm. Personally I would make another buying spreed at their shop, but if they do some sick build like this one ( maybe the Noveske N4 ), but honestly, mostly sure I'd make it at another retailer. I trust them but man do they do some cuts, it's awful. Now it's up to you. Have a nice day :)

one of the two items that i received was defective, however this isnt the site's fault!!!!
currently working on a refund with paypal. (most likely refunded those two items by the time you read this)

edit: They are still trying to get me to give up on my refund almost 3 months later. This is outrageous. They started lying to get me to do it... I'm not giving up though...

This was my first order from them and was for an airsoft part which I ordered just over a week ago. Then I saw all the negative reviews about items taking an age to turn up and/or being incorrect and kinda assumed it would never turn up.

But then received notification from them as well as Royal Mail (UK) that the item was on it's way.

In just over a week I received my item which was well packaged and exactly what I ordered.

So from my point of view I couldn't be happier with the product, the price and the service - many thanks!

I ordered a part from them and they sent the wrong one. I have emailed them 12 times and ask for the correct part I ordered. They give you the run around and eventually quite responding.
Do not buy anything from them.

Ordered a troy trx rail, received dispatch notice and then two days later a refund.

Found out that they had cancelled my order and then doubled the price on the site without any communication.

Shipped my order to the wrong address and I never received the package.

Terrible company they will put your order in shipped status immediately but there won't movement on the package for at least another 2 weeks.

I am working on a dispute to get my money back. Bottom feeding company.

They scammed me with my money, I bought and the package never arrived, it was assumed that it was returned to the seller and even so they do not want to make a refund, they lie to me saying that the boss has family problems and therefore they still cannot reimburse me, they are going more than two or three months. Do not buy here, it is a scam.

Stay away from this Airsoft site because customer service is no good. I had ordered an Airsoft game from this website back in May of this year. Now okay the product is coming from over seas okay but. When it finally got state side on June 24th it want through ISC Chicago. But that’s it the package never went anywhere it keep saying the package went through ISC. I got in contact with USPS they told me that there is nothing they can do about the package. You can get in contact with ISC Chicago so the package is lost. So I’ve got in contact with Sixmm they won’t refund my money back. I will report them to the better business bureau.

This is by far the worst customer service i have ever experienced from a company in my life. SixMM (Formerly known as Airsoft Asia) made a customer pay for an item, the website denies the order with an error only after I've completed my Paypal payment, then Customer support tells me its not in stock, after which customer support start ignoring me for days without a confirmation my problem is being taken care of properly.

I look forward to any sort of reply from them, but in the meanwhile i will try my best to warn others on the internet for their company by leaving as many bad reviews as I can. I will never shop from their store again, and move back to more reputable sellers like EhobbyAsia, where you get proper customer support and receive the items you've ordered.
