Absolute nightmare and completely unacceptable abuse of power! As a citizen of Israel, a Jewish woman with the last name Kantor, and a citizen of Belarus, I experienced unprecedented cruelty and severe degradation from El Al staff. During the pre-flight check-in, I was subjected to deeply humiliating, invasive, and degrading screening procedures twice, while staff spoke to me with utter disrespect and completely trampled my human dignity. This organization shows zero care for actual security—instead, they target and torment passengers to humiliate them. No civilized country on earth tolerates this kind of barbaric, discriminatory treatment, especially toward women. This is a gross violation of basic human rights, and I am pursuing formal official complaints against this organization for complete lawlessness and abuse. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company!

Reached out multiple times to EL AL customer service regarding a very uncomfortable night flight where my seat was defective and could not recline at all.

This came on top of my original EL AL flight being cancelled, forcing me to purchase an additional ticket and spend extra travel time just to reach the new departure city.

Unfortunately, EL AL showed no empathy, took no responsibility, and refused any form of compensation or goodwill gesture.

It’s disappointing to see a company miss such a basic opportunity to demonstrate customer care and build long-term trust and loyalty
