It’s a scam
Lashes do not work as advertised. They offer a 14 day money back guarantee (per their website) but told me I had to send a photo of the defective lashes. When I responded that is not what their website advertises (14 day money back guarantee for any reason) and that I tried for almost an hour to get the lashes on without success, they stopped responding to me. I followed up two more time and did not hear. There is no where on the website to leave a review and no other way to contact them except through email, which they stopped answering. It’s a scam.

Do not order from this company. They have the worst customer service and don’t care at all about their customers. I ordered lashes that came in damaged and it took them two weeks to get back to me. I asked for a refund and they kept sending me stock emails saying I needed to contact them in 48 hours to make a return. Had they responded to my email in the 48 hours there wouldn’t have been a problem. I sent them a picture of the damaged lashes and told them I still wanted a refund. I received another pair of lashes that I didn’t want. Shame on this company ripping people off!

I received the product and sent the first email on May 1, 2025. They waited until May 20 to respond to my request so that it would not fall within their 14-day return policy:
"Dear Kimberly,
Thank you for your message. We're sorry to hear that the lashes didn’t work out for you.
As per our return policy, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used items due to hygiene reasons. Returns must also be requested within 14 days of receiving the order. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns due to personal preference or application issues, as this falls under buyer’s remorse.
If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out—we’re here to assist."
This company is obviously a scam. Wish I had looked over the reviews before purchasing. They have 3 types of magnetic lashes; I ordered one of each. Their shipping estimate was 5-8 days, but they ship from China, so it took longer to get here. Ordered on April 16 and they arrived on May 1. When I received them, all 3 were the same lashes, not one of each. I tried quite a few times to put them on. They are somewhat difficult to pull apart, at least the first time. Then putting them in the applicator was difficult because once you got one lash in, the other lash would pull it off trying to get it in the applicator. Very frustrating, and it also messed up the lashes a bit, but once I finally got them in the applicator, I couldn't get them in my lashes. Tried several times and finally got them on, but they were hanging off the side as if they were too wide. I finally gave up. I only opened one of the boxes, not all 3, since they are all the same lashes. Since then, I've completed the contact form on their website and sent 3 emails to their support email address. No response. Supposedly they have a 14-day return policy, but you can't return it if you don't know where to send it or if you'll be refunded. Obviously, I've lost the money I spent. My advice is not to order from this company.

If only we could give 0 stars. Lashes were cheap and did not function as advertised- I assume the ones I received are defective.
They claim they have a 14 day satisfaction guarantee but they do not. They refused to provide a refund and good luck getting them to respond to any emails or contact. I had to open a dispute against them with my credit card to get the refund.
Very bad company
Very bad company. I ordered once for a one-time event. I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION!!! I only ordered as a one time order. They put me on auto subscription without my knowledge or consent and they know it! I emailed twice about this and bottom line is they will not reimburse me for the second shipment. Bait and switch!! On top of it, I don't really care for them anyway. Too hard to put on.

Below a star. Not as described. site says 24/7 customer service with 30 day guarantee. I reached out to them they did not respond and when I reached out again they told me it was over 21 days. I sent them proof of email and no responses. Biggest SCAM ever!
I am being charged for a subscription…
I am being charged for a subscription that I didn't even sign up for. I bought a pair of eyelashes and honestly they weren't that bad. I got the full set and once you figure them out they actually go on nicely, but I cannot believe that I just got charged $67 for two pairs of eyelash sets whenever. I just thought I was buying it one time! There's nowhere for a refund button and I canceled my subscription and emailed them several times but I have not heard anything back. I am super super pissed off. I had to change my online card and now I'm probably going to have to make a dispute towards the money that just got taken out of my account because these people are clearly thieves!

I ordered and the package didn't arrive between yodel and this company one one is interested in trying to resolve- legally I'm entitled to a replacement or refund , but cant get past their ai customer service ..I would avoid
Terrible product and customer service
I was impressed with the packing but that's about it. It was easy to apply the magnetic lashes to the tool however the lashes would attach to each other and when pulling them apart, the lashes shredded. These are very poor quality lashes. I went to the website to figure out how to return these which is to email ElaraCraft however, they don't respond. I've emailed three times now! Because they are non responsive, I'm likely going to fall outside of the return window.

I did not like the product but they kept charging me for subscription orders I didn’t place. I emailed 3 times over the course of 10 days and they never replied and refused to cancel my subscription. I had to reach out to my bank. Do NOT place an order they will save your card info and keep charging you

DO NOT BUY!!! They do not work. I asked for a refund after having them for only 3 days and they told me I can't return them because of the 14 days return policy. I only had them for 3 days. I wrote back to explain that and I have not gotten a response.

Scam. Do not buy these
Do not buy these! They sent me used lashes that were not even the ones I ordered. Look like drag queen lashes, not “natural” they advertise. They come from China and customer service doesn’t respond, nor honor their money back guarantee. Don’t waste your time or money.
Super disappointed
Super disappointed that these lashes are not working for me. The video instruction make it look easy, however, in reality I could not get the lashes on. I was so looking forward to wearing. The idea is great. Need to get a refund. Let’s hope their customer service is responsive and the refund process is hassle free.
STEER CLEAR OF THIS WEBSITE
Got my products quickly. They are so low quality I couldn’t get them to work either. Cancelled my subscription. They charged my card the following month for a totally new subscription. I called my credit card company who refunded the money and went on the company website and removed my payment information and put an old pre-paid visa gift card in instead. Since it wouldn’t allow me to remove my card info unless I put a different one in. Got an email from my credit card company today that Elaracraft was planning to charge my card AGAIN, my original payment method that I removed! I was able to block the transaction. This website is a SCAM. The lashes are probably worth $2 if that. They do not work, and when you try to cancel they charge you anyway. I am so mad at the “trustworthy” influencers that vouched for this illegitimate company. They all lied for pay!
never received order, poor cust service
If no star was option, I would. Never received product. The delivery 'proof' doesn't even list my address, and photo is not my house and no package is visible in the photo. Reponse to my email to customer service ignored my question and indicated they would cancel the recurring monthly subscription, which was not even relevant. Beware - fraud!
Company is a total scam
Company is a total scam! Placed an order and received a bogus tracking number. Contacted the company and it took 3 weeks to hear back just to be told they would send a replacement. I told them I did not want a replacement, i just wanted a refund. Took almost as long to hear back again for the same answer. I have still not received any refund or what I ordered! Poor customer service, poor business management, total scam! Do not buy from this company!
Don't waste your money! They are ridiculous
The lashes look ridiculous. I watched the videos many times and tried 15 times, but they are bad quality. I tried to return them and was told:
"We only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items".

Placed an order / didn’t receive any confirmation email but they’ve taken the money out of my account. Sent two emails to customer service with ZERO response! Have to call my credit card company to fix this!
