100% defective vinyl records and horrible customer service
I ordered 9 vinyl records. I received 6 of them and all 6 were either scuffed, had residue on them, or had a spot where there was flat surface where the grooves should be. 3 of the 6 were replaced and had the same issues. I sent elasticStage photos and videos. After I sent them the video where the grooves are missing and the records skip, they had the audacity to tell me that every record has its audio tested before shipment. That is a clear LIE. How could they pass a test when the grooves are missing from the record? These are brand new out of the packaging. Some skip but all have surface noise.
For several weeks now I have been trying to get this rectified, but they are giving me the runaround. All "new" records should arrive in Near Mint or Mint condition, not in Very Good or worse condition. I even have unboxing videos showing them arrive this bad right out of the packaging. I have demanded a refund but this was denied. Instead of refunding my money they have been giving me the runaround.
Worst manufacturer in my experience, hands down! Terrible customer service. I don't believe that their customer service and manufacturing departments communicate. They should not hassle customers when products arrive in this bad of condition. I now need to contest the charges on with my bank since elasticStage is giving me the runaround.
Unfortunately, I can’t add pictures to this review because they're apparently blocked by elasticStage. Not a good sign. It’s mind blowing how bad of shape these records are in, and they won’t take accountability. If I find another forum where I can post pictures, I will update here with the link. Apparently they are also blocking reviews on Facebook.

The product they offer is impeccable, the quality very high, the website is clear and super-easy to use, and to top it all their customer service is stellar, they dealt with an observation I had regarding one of their offers with great speed and great generosity. Not on first try...
My first purchase had manufacturing flaw on B side. Although they don't have clearly visible and described return policy on website, the quick contact form solved the issue and I got replacement even quicker than my initial purchase. One thing to keep in mind regarding to packaging is that label on record is printed noticeably brighter than on sleeves. At least for now it would be a good advice to not use the same picture as used on sleeve for the center label or try compensate it with more saturated version of it.

ElasticStage has an amazing set up to create the coolest records and CD's. My first time making an EP with a twelve page booklet. Almost done and has turned out very well to my satisfaction.

I was skeptical about both quality and delivery time, but my test pressing totally exceeded expectations. The audio, the sleeve, and the print quality are all premium, and it even arrived earlier than promised.

Since starting using the service i have to say ive been very impressed with the sound quality of the cuts, including 4 tracks per side and the sleeves and labels.
For my labels this is a great step in showing the quality that Elasticstage has and ofcourse it reflects on the music scene as a whole in a very positive way.
I've been a vinyl fan since my childhood, and while i obviously use digital distribution too ES just adds the cherry on top.
Highly recommend to any music enthusiast regardless of genre.
