I was kept in the loop regarding shipping issues (postal strike in Canada) and as soon as there was a chance to send my test pressing, I received it in 6 days.

Exceeded all expectations
OK so I was really sceptical over a number of things. Mostly about quality and delivery time. But my test pressing has blown me away. The audio quality is amazing. The sleeve and innerbag print quality and card stock all premium level. And it arrived faster than the promised delivery time. I'm pretty blown away. This is a quality product and I'm no longer worried it's overpriced. It's worth it. Nice work, Elastic Stage, I'm in.

Great opportunity!
Setting up was quite easy as there are Youtube videos available that clearly show how to set everything up, I found the help desk very useful to help with a problem and was resolved quickly. Overall its very good for up and coming music artists to setup CD and vinyl record sales for their fans as well as the public worldwide. Its a great opportunity for music artists! Great products and customer service…
Great products and customer service from Victoria. My only regret is that the release stage procedure could be a lot less complex and more user friendly with the use of simple check boxes instead of having to clone existing recordings, retiring and deleting others. Come on guys, check boxes are not that difficult.

Great product, great service, the albums sound and look fantastic! The only criticism I have is the shipping costs to the US, but elasticStage has no control over that. Keep rocking it guys and gals, you are changing the entire paradigm of the vinyl world!

Very high quality
The quality of both the printed materials and the discs are superb. The vinyl and CD I ordered are indistinguishable from a mass produced product. I would go as far as suggesting their new lathing process on the vinyl is superior to pressing - I wasn't expecting such amazing sound quality. The prices are unexpectedly reasonable and the online shop storefront is fantastic too. Makes we want to hurry up and record a new LP to release.

He quedado muy contento con el resultado final. Aunque ha habido bastante retraso (más de lo habitual), el equipo de ElasticStage ha estado atento constantemente informando de las causas del retraso así como del número de localizador y de en qué parte del transporte se encontraba mi copia. A compensación de dichos retrasos he recibido unos descuentos en los próximos pedidos, cosa que he de agrtadecer, ya que eso no lo hace cualquiera.
Respecto al disco, decir que las imágenes de las portadas, contraportadas y galleta del disco son tal y como el diseño que hice. El disco es de muy buena calidad y el sonido es muy bueno. He hecho un sueño realidad. Seguiré trabajando con ElasticStage. Son serios y profesionales.

I hate them
I hate them. The order was placed on August, 17. Since then we organised 3 events-presentations, sold releases by pre-order - AND STILL in mid-October we got ZERO copies (we have paid already for 25 units). These guys refused to send us more copies to compensate all that financial and reputational loss they caused.
Highly NOT RECOMMENDED
Absolutely impolite and expensive service which is not working

Recommended to fellow vinyl heads. No nonsense, quality product, no long waits, good comms. Customer service quick & concise. My only wish is they develop the site to include a kind of customer log in with purchase records/status etc.
