Eleanos Gallery Reviews

This company is fabulous-from the minute I ordered my artwork until the delivery- communication was amazing. The art piece is gorgeous and I love it. It even came with white gloves and hanging tools in a nice bag- very professional company! You won’t be disappointed!

Very trustworthy company. Excellent customer service

Superior customer service and very high quality art. My piece was custom painted and I greatly appreciated their reaching out to me with a proof before sending the piece, in addition to the artist signing the painting since it was custom. The wood frame and backing of the painting was also excellent y craftsmanship.

I have ordered twice from Eleanos Gallery and both times have been thrilled with all aspects of my experience…including how quickly I received the art and the communication from placing my order to after delivery. The quality of my paintings were fantastic and were delivered in perfect condition within the solid wood crated containers. They even sent gloves to use during the hanging process. I will be ordering again.

I received the most beautiful paintings from Eleanos Gallery. They were just what I asked for and in the timeframe she told me. They were packed perfectly. I absolutely love them. She communicated so there were no misunderstandings. I can't be happier.

I don’t even know where to begin, this experience completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I discovered Eleanos Gallery to the second my painting arrived, everything was absolutely flawless!

The painting itself left me genuinely speechless. The quality is exceptional every detail is so refined, so sophisticated, and undeniably elegant. It has a presence that instantly elevates the entire space. You can tell that an incredible level of care, talent, and artistry went into creating it. It’s not just a piece of art it’s a statement!

What truly made this experience stand out, though, was the customer service. The team was amazing friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful at every stage. Anytime I had a question, I received a quick and informative reply. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, which made me feel confident and valued as a customer.

When the painting arrived, I was blown away all over again. The packaging was done with such care and attention it was clear they went above and beyond to ensure it arrived in perfect condition. That level of dedication is rare and deeply appreciated.

Overall, this was a five-star experience honestly, I would give it more if I could. The artwork is stunning, the service is remarkable, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish!

I will absolutely be purchasing more pieces in the future. After sharing my experience with my family and showing them the painting, they were just as impressed and have already placed their own orders.

I highly recommend Eleanos Gallery. Don’t walk run to checkout. You will not be disappointed!!!!

“Absolutely thrilled with my 3D textured artwork from Eleanos Gallery! The depth and tactile quality are stunning in person — it completely transforms the wall with beautiful dimension and shadow play. High-quality craftsmanship, arrived perfectly packaged, and it looks even better than the photos. Highly recommend!”

I am thrilled with the piece I ordered! It demands attention in the room and absolutely love it! Shipment was amazing it was secured in a wooden box to prevent any damage! Love this piece and will definitely order again from this gallery!

I purchased a painting , but was not happy with it . Customer service , however was excellent and gave me a few options because they wanted to be sure that I was happy. They offered to re- do the painting at no charge. If I did not want to go with this option , they even offered me a refund of $150.00 and a 40% coupon to use for a future purchase. I thought this was very helpful . Thank you Eleanos Gallery for your great customer service!

The quality is amazing, it was worth the wait.

So many things made our experience great! Excellent customer service, prompt answers to emails; the ability to review the painting and make requests; timely delivery (before it was expected); quality packaging and wonderful artistry.

I was hesitant to buy from Eleanos, but based on reviews, I took a chance. I am so glad I did. While it took a bit longer than I expected, what I received is spectacular! Very nicely packaged, and once it was sent, it arrived quickly. I especially like that they send you a picture of the finished art for your approval first. Would not hesitate to buy from them again. I bought a very large, oversized art piece from them.

The level of service provided was exceptional… they sent pictures prior to shipping… the shipping materials used to ensure the pictures were not damaged… I will order more… white glove service!

This is the first time I ordered from from Eleanos Gallery and was a little hesitate, but I definitely made the right decision. I am so happy with the paintings, they are absolutely beautiful and the quality of the paintings are exceptional. They were very good in keeping me informed through my email and arrived within two weeks in a wood crate that included hanging items and even white gloves. I give them more than five stars!
