Eleanos Gallery Reviews

Excellent to generalized all . Recommended 100%

Once I finally picked one piece of artwork that I liked (so may to choose from !) I placed the order. I was notified about everything. There was no guesswork. When the artwork was completed ,they sent a picture of it to you, to make sure you are satisfied with the end product. Then shipped it , with notifications advising when the product left , when it should arrive etc. The artwork is more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Sooo very happy with this purchase. Already looking to see which piece I am going to order next !

Excellent company to work with. They were accommodating to my requests about our painting and the final result was gorgeous. Quick shipping and our art arrived in perfect condition. Would absolutely order from Eleanos Gallery again.

The art work is absolutely beautiful. I am so happy. It’s always a worry purchasing something at the price but the customer service has been amazing and the artist that painted my canvas is brilliant. Would have no hesitation in buying again

Estamos muy felices con el cuadro... esta hermoso pa tomar fotos con la luz del sol....los colores del cuadro cogen vida... como ven en las fotos mis hijos están felices

The staff was very helpful and understanding whenever I had questions.

Also, the quality of art that I received was excellent!

Great service sending pics of artwork to confirm we liked it before shipping. Packaged very well and the art work was better than expected exceeding expectations.

The artwork is beautiful. Just what I wanted. The customer service is fantastic. When I asked for a minor change they took care of it immediately. I have ordered three paintings from Eleanos and I couldn't be happier. And will definitely order again.

I purchased a beautiful hand-painted texture plaster piece of art. It's a large (40" x 54") minimalistic mountain range in off-white with shades of gray, and it's absolutely stunning above my fireplace. Even before I placed the order, the communication with customer service was one of the best I've experienced - very responsive, patient and thorough. The artwork was packaged (crated) with extreme care and experience and arrived in Massachusetts from China in perfect condition. I wouldn't change a thing, and Eleanos Gallery gave me the confidence to purchase future items from such a great distance.

This trusted Gallery has decorated our new home this year: we’ve ordered 5 paintings that adorn many rooms. Adding color and “movement” and beauty. We love our artwork.
