Great fragrances

I ordered a fragrance that was limited edition…Electimuss MCX to be exact and it wasn’t even delivered to the correct address. It’s not the company’s fault but I didn’t receive anything as a result of negligence on the part of FedEx. Now I am out of several hundred dollars and no item. There needs to be some update to require identification to be shown as someone signed for a package knowingly and it didn’t belong to them or anyone in their household. This is a $478 luxury item, insurance should be required in case the item isn’t received. I don’t know if this has happened to anyone before but let’s face it a lot of people are dishonest and will take a package from overseas whether it belongs to them or not. All I have left to show for this is a sorry from the company. Honestly I don’t know what to do or say but I hope the company will take some of these points into consideration because this may happen to someone else in the future and I truly hope no one has a similar experience. As a follow up to this situation, I must commend the company on working with me. Yes I did not receive my item which is a huge disappointment but they did refund me. In the future I do hope to do business with them again but I am quite afraid to have a similar item. I do believe the delivery driver was fired so perhaps they have taken packages that didn’t belong to them. Thank you Electimuss, I’m sad I do not have my bottle of MCX but at least I have my money back. When people are honest they do deserve a favorable outcome.

The new MCX is amazing, deeper and stronger and will be great to wear on date night with wife and special occasion. My wife will wear this as well as original MC. An amazing flanker to the original, Well done Electimuss.
