I have tried a number of times to contact this company but they never returns calls and don't answer their phones. What a waste of time!!

Good platform, like everything, but the interface is a bit unclear

Louise was amazing with talking me through the plans and rate changes. She pointed out the rate change, and offered a solution making things much easy.

Kuddos to her customer service and patience, and she kept the her energy consistent.

Very helpful, but lady a little difficult to understand. All good though.

Arvin was a wonderful helper, great at breaking things down so it was easiler for me to understand and also chose the best deals for me.

Customer service was well above what I expected. I was unsure at first and missed my first appointment after being stuck in traffic and they were patient and kind with me. I finally spoke with Ella and she went over and beyond to help me and is continuing to search for options for my internet and home phone. She was an expert in customer service and got me the best deal, saving me $177 and also got me a bonus sign up with a new plan of $200 credit on my next bill.
