Shannon was great! Really helpful, really nice and easy to talk to. Gave me multiple opportunities to talk and asked if she was going too fast for me. Definitely made me feel included in the decision. Would definitely recommend to others.

I have requested for my mothers power provider to be changed for better tarrifs
I have requested for my mothers power and gas provider to be changed, Electricity monster did it effectively as far as it goes for a change. The benefits that were given will be proved once billing period begins. So then we will see how it will be delivered
