Great Company
I Love the fact that when I place an order I get it with-in 6 days max. BUT......there is no way to contact the delivery service if I am not home. We are suppose to get an Email from the delivery service, but I don't receive anything from them. Please fix this lack of communication.
Need a better shipping provider
Products are good and well packed but the shipping provider used is super slower than it should be and I have them on camera tossing my package on to my porch because they are too lazy to walk up the stairs. Just completely unprofessional especially with how much is paid for shipping!!

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!
I placed an order in May 2024 and never received it. I work from home and I am here EVERY DAY!!! No one ever tried to deliver my order otherwise I would've been here to sign for it, if need be; and the tracking stopped working, local parcel companies had never received it either. Their replies of "we tried to deliver it" or "it was returned to us for no adult signature" on other peoples' reviews is a LIE! They DO NOT try to deliver anything. I have sent 5 emails, trying to get someone to communicate with me. I have never received any return emails from them. They have stolen over $100 of my money. THIEFS!! Do not waste your time or money, they are horrible and ABSOLUTLEY a SCAM!!!

Do Not Waste Your Money, They're A Scam
I placed an order in April, the delivery carrier they used sent the order back to them for who knows why since I gave them detailed instructions over the phone when to deliver. My guess is just too lazy. But Electric Tobacconist tried to give me a store credit. Um no. I reached out to them to refund the charge to my credit card. They took $20 from the original payment made. I told them I needed a full refund and they tell me that it's some lame restock fee. Like y'all failed and I have to pay for YOUR failure. Okay Tia, no I will not be placing another order from your scam company.
Do not waste your time or money with this goons.
Update: After submitting a claim with Better Business Bureau, a day later, Electric Tobacconist refunded the remaining $20 to my credit card. If you experience the same as me, definitely file a complaint with BBB and hopefully you'll get the same outcome. Still disappointing how much effort the customer has to take in order for a business to do what's right.

Order never received
Been ordering from them for 2 years and last order never received. They tell me the delivery company attempted to deliver 4 times and only one of the days no one was home to receive it, and order returned to them. There is no tracking that works for their orders, and you can only communicate with them via email as they say they have no phone to contact them. They refunded all of what I paid except for $20. They say they have to get an "adult signature" for all orders except out of the last 10 I orders I placed with them, I only signed for 1 and the rest were left on the front porch. So now I would be forced to place a new order and wait up to 40 days for them to deliver it and someone would need to stay home waiting for the delivery company to show up, if they ever did. I will not be doing business with them going forward. Very shady company and terrible communication with the customer. I would think twice before using them as you might regret it.
This part of the response from ElectronicTobacconist is not true and all they seem to have is a canned response to all reviews.
After looking into this our team provided the tracking link, which indicated four delivery attempts. Please note that all orders from our company require an adult signature, and it is not possible to complete the delivery process without someone present at the address.

Well it has been 20 hours since you told me about the computer issue you had. You also told me you gave me a 10.00$ credit in my e-wallet. I just checked and the product has still not been dispatched. It was ordered on 05/21/24. So let me guess still computer issue. Your company is not making me smile. Please Dispatch the product.
Terrible shipping and communication
I’m growing more and more unhappy with my purchase as the days drag on and my tracking continues not to update. I cannot believe I paid $16.99 for shipping and it’s taking this long. I get that they need to use alternative carriers but that’s an unacceptable shipping price for such awful shipping and tracking. The shipping information provided at checkout is misleading and confusing. I thought it meant I’d get my order in 5-7 days but that’s apparently just how long it takes for a carrier to receive the package before it disappears into the void. The carrier supposedly picked up my order on May 3 but now on May 18 it still hasn’t arrived at the carrier somehow. So it’s been 15 business days since I ordered and I still can’t even track where it is or when to expect it. They estimate 7-10 days delivery once it arrives at the carrier but more than half a month later and it still isn’t at the carrier let alone at my house, this is ridiculous. I fully regret ordering from this website. I now see there are tons of complaints about this and customer service just copies and pastes the same lame excuse about using independent shippers and sorry but that’s not good enough. In a world with multiple ways to instantly communicate and track things, there’s no excuse to be unable to tell someone where their order is. The wait time is egregious, it doesn’t take this long to carry a box a few states away.
Edit: Full month later and it still hasn’t arrived. Carrier updated tracking on 5/24 marked “Out for Delivery” and it still hasn’t been delivered a week later. I will never order from this company again.

Electric Tobaconnist USA is a scam
Electric Tobaconnist USA is a scam! They don't have a real delivery process in place so don't believe the initial email you will receive once your order is placed and they have your money. You will NEVER receive a separate email from CCSHIP, you will NEVER receive your order, and after you wait a month and start inquiring you will receive some bogus, made-up information about their carrier's attempts to deliver that were unsuccessful. On the bogus information they finally sent me, their "carrier" attempted delivery at 7:02 a.m. on a Sunday to a business address. What?! Who, in their right mind, would attempt a delivery at 7:00 a.m. on a Sunday?! Even if I'd used my residential address for delivery, there is no way that I would expect or receive a delivery at that time on a Sunday! Are you kidding me? Another bogus attempt was attempted at 3:55 p.m. on a weekday - I believe it was a Tuesday. Supposedly the carrier could not get into the business office that, by the way, was open until 6:00 p.m. that day, an office that is open to the public, that anyone in the city could walk into freely. Don't order from the bogus business if you value your money. I have already cancelled the card I used to place my order. I don't trust this "company" with the personal information they already have. My order was placed on January 24th and I have received nothing that I've paid for.
Update: I just checked the BBB website and they seem to have complaint after complaint for the very same reason as mine. I wish that I'd seen this before they got my money and my personal information.

They take FOREVER to deliver
This shop just doesn't care about getting orders out of the door and using a suitable shipper. They says they can't ship USPS which is wrong! They must be using some shipper that has a fleet of two bikes to save a couple bucks.
You would think that places who sell nicotine products online would prioritize shipping. This shop seems to put it at the bottom of the list.

Very bad experience
Whenever I have ordered Blu pods from other companies I have had a quick response and immediate tracking info. I have had no success in my attempts to contact electric tobacconist by phone or email

Package arrived a day late which in itself is a long wait. Ordered October 15 and arrived November 4. Was in the hands of the "Final Mile" delivery for over a week and no updates other than it is in their hands. Pretty unnacceptable since I live in a large urban area. I do find it dissapointing that there is no phone number to call since the tracking information is so poor. Hopefully they can find a better way to inform the customer.
But the order was VERY well packaged and everything is included in the order. I am very pleased with everything about Electric Tobacconist except lack of support/communication. Noted shipping time issues are a little out of their control.

Delivery service is costing them their reputation
I've been a long time ET customer. I've used them in the past with fantastic service. However.... the delivery company they have chosen to use is stuck in 1999 and by the looks of it, from this review site and others, it is costing them a lot of business... mine is now included. The most recent order of mine was placed on 9/27/23. (order # 2834804). I checked tracking everyday. The website states that tracking will be updated once it's in the hands of the "final destination" carrier, which is understandable with my state's strict laws. However, that did not happen. The Electronic Tobacconist website NEVER updated tracking info. Additionally, they stated I would receive a tracking number via email and that also never happened. With that being said, I was not notified of when my package would arrive or that it was out for delivery and missed the delivery attempt at 8:30am on 10/10/23. Now, as it stands, I am still trying to request a re-delivery attempt with zero ability to do so. On top of that... there is NO ONE to speak with at either ET or the "Deliver-it" company that is my "final carrier". I finally received a response from ET's customer service rep "Sarah" at 1:11am on 10/11/23, who stated my packaged would be redelivered today 10/11/23. I checked both ET's website and "Deliver-it's" website to see if they've updated their tracking and confirm a re-delivery...and nope, no "out for delivery" no " second attempt confirmed"... nothing but an unsuccessful delivery attempt noted. So, where does that leave me? Well... I'm at home currently, unable to leave, in case my re-delivery attempt was successful and they attempt to deliver it today. I've put in a request for a response, only to get a "we'll get back to you within 48 hrs" email... So, by ET's and "Deliver-it's" logic... I have to sit in my house, not go to work, not got to the store, or anywhere where my front door is not visible to me, incase it is redelivered today or wait for a response in 48 hours? well.... okay.... it is what it is, but I can also choose not to order and spend money with ET until they can find a more reliable delivery solution. There are other online e-juice websites to choose from and that's where I'll be placing my next order.

Hi, thank you for your reply. I’ve noticed most of your reply’s are blaming the “PACT” act. However, there are better delivery services out there than the ones you are using that are not ups, fed-ex or usps and that will still deliver e-juices. I highly suggest, instead of spending time blaming the PACT act, you and your team research and vet a new delivery service. Your company chose to use this specific delivery company and now it’s costing you…Or maybe pointing the finger is just easier for you guys.
