I placed a order on there website and…

I placed a order on there website and as some other people have been saying here that they don’t respond to emails and if tried ringing it goes straight to answering machine but what really confuses me is the fact they said I would get a tracking code later on the same day and it’s the next day and I haven’t received anything as of yet and the phone line seems to be dead

I paid €53.94 for Order No. 460880 on 18 May 2026. The payment was taken immediately, but the order still shows "confirmed" and no shipment or tracking information has been provided.

I have sent requests for information and received no response. From my perspective, the company has my money but is not communicating with me or providing any update on my order.

While researching the company, I found other customers reporting similar experiences involving delays and lack of communication. Because of this, I have opened a dispute with my bank to recover my money.

Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this store and would advise potential customers to read recent reviews carefully before placing an order.The company claims that the order was dispatched by standard post, but no proof of posting, postal receipt or tracking information has ever been provided.

My emails remained unanswered for 8 days. During that time there was no communication, no update on the order and no assistance regarding the missing delivery.

The company now states that a refund has been issued, however the funds have still not become available in my account. At the time of writing, I have neither received the goods nor the refunded money.

For these reasons, I cannot consider this matter fully resolved.

Order No. 460880 was placed on Monday, 18 May 2026 after 3pm and was dispatched by standard post on Tuesday, 19 May 2026.

Unfortunately, the address provided with the order was incomplete — the “REEKS VIEW” part of the address was missing. In addition, this was an apartment address, and in such cases standard mail can sometimes be delivered into the wrong mailbox or occasionally lost within the postal sorting system.

We sincerely apologise for the lack of communication. Your previous messages unfortunately went into our spam folder, which is why we only saw them later.

As soon as we became aware of the issue, we issued a full refund:

Amount refunded: €53.94 (EUR)

At this stage, the matter has been fully resolved from our side. We completely understand your frustration and apologise again for the inconvenience caused.

In many cases like this, a quick phone call or direct contact allows us to resolve the issue immediately without the need for a bank dispute, but we fully respect your decision and are glad the refund has now been completed.

… I didn't receive the order

I read the reviews about the store too late. I placed an order and paid for it on November 29, 2025. Today is December 3, and there is no information about the order. I wrote letters asking for a refund, but received no response. This looks like a scam. I lost time and money

The order number and details you initially provided were incorrect, which is why we were unable to find any payment or matching order yesterday.

However, the main cause of the delay was the incomplete and incorrectly formatted shipping address you entered during checkout (I have sent it to you by email).
This error is what caused the delay with An Post.

Once the correct information was clarified, we confirmed the payment and verified that your order was dispatched on the same day it was placed, using standard post.

Please check your mailbox and your local post office, as parcels with incomplete addresses are often held there for collection.

We would like to clarify that we have NOT received any payment from you for any order.
No transaction was registered on November 29th, and no funds have been received under your name or email.
Naturally, we cannot ship goods for free to anyone.

Had an email to say the order had been placed but no confirmation yet.
Still had no confirmation of postage either.
I have emailed and had no response.

I will not be ordering from this company again and would like a refund.

A confirmation email simply means that the order was created, not that it was paid.
If a payment doesn’t go through, our system still generates an order number — that’s standard for every online store.

If you truly believed you had paid, the normal thing to do would be to request a refund from your bank or from us. You didn’t, because there was no completed payment to refund.

Please check your bank again — you will see no money was taken by our store.

Calling us a “scam website” over an unpaid order is unfair and completely incorrect.TO RECEIVE ANY ORDER, PAYMENT MUST BE COMPLETED FIRST.
POSTING A NEGATIVE REVIEW FOR AN UNPAID ORDER IS UNFAIR.

Appalling customer service

Ordered Friday, no delivery confirmation or updates by the following Wednesday. Phone is not answering, emails are ignored. Request for refund also ignored.
Have started a chargeback with Revolut, who have also had emails ignored by this company on my behalf.
Absolutely appalling customer service!

Ghost shop

Electronic-cigarette.ie is a ghost website. After registering and logging in, I couldn't view my account. Adding products from the website to my wish list didn't even allow me to preview them. Of course, the orders from the basket had a preview, I could buy them and I bought them. I received a confirmation email: 'Your payment of €48.93 to ECigarette.ie Ltd has been successfully processed.' A few hours later, I received another email in my spam folder: 'Your refund of €48.93 from ECigarette.ie Ltd has been successfully processed.' This surprised me because I didn't request a refund. I sent a question to them in the contact form and separately to email . Of course, no one responded, and why would they? They debited the money from my account. I haven't received the goods. Now I'm waiting for a refund. And your excuse that you were the first vape shop in Ireland in 2010 means nothing. Your website has errors, and you're doing nothing about them. How is it possible that I can't see my account after logging in? Your service is unprofessional, despite experience as the first shop since 2010. Contact with you is nonexistent. The conclusion is this: I spent money, got nothing, and now I'm waiting for my money back. I 100% do not recommend electronic-cigarette.ie.

I ordered two items from this store

I ordered two items from this store. I still have not received the items. I have emailed them 3 times no response. I have called the mobile number several times just an answering machine saying they will return my call. No contact from them. Their customer service falls below standard. Due to the lack of response I have no way of knowing if this company has dispatched my items, As there is no A post tracking number provided i cannot contact A Post. They do not send a confirmation email to let you know your item has been dispatched, My items were paid for in full. Wont be ordering from them again as it is to stressful. In response to your reply my experience with your company has been negative. Again today I contacted you by email and by phone to no avail. Unless you either respond to emails or answer calls how am I supposed to know that your company is genuine. My intention is not to condone your company but your customer service is below standard. It is simply unacceptable to provide contact details for customers and not reply when the customer makes attempts to locate the item they ordered. No I have not received my order.

I made my order 25th of February, and nothing happened. No communication, no email, nothing. The website said on the delivery information:

"Delivery Information
All orders are shipped within 24 hours to reach customers within 2 business days. In case the item is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you of the delay and ship it immediately after receiving it.

Free shipping is available for orders over €19.99. All items are shipped the same day if ordered before 2pm."

I've spent 45 euros, and they just took the money no info at all...

Our shop, electronic-cigarette.ie, was the first vape shop in Ireland, established in 2010. In over 15 years of operation, dissatisfied customers have been extremely rare — and when problems occurred, they were nearly always caused by postal delays, not our service.
