I bought a Pioneer FLX4 as a giveaway prize. I visited the shop twice, and on both occasions the staff and manager were excellent. I couldn’t fault either the service or the FLX4 itself. I’d definitely recommend both the shop and the equipment for anyone just starting out.

Went into the Shop on the search for a new microphone for Vocals and was guided through the best options in my price range by ross, very knowledgeable and made the process smooth and easily understandable. Great place to give business too whilst supporting local, rather than purchasing online.

Placed order on Sunday. Got cancelled on Tuesday. Rang shop to ask why and lied about not having stock. Currently in stock £60 more than original listing. Will not be using these scammers ever again.

Ordered a birthday present with next day delivery, 5 days later still nothing not even a dispatched notification
Called the company and was fobbed off with a blame of DPD

Once again the Electronic Centre have really helped me out. We had a problem with our CCTV system and the supplier quoted over £1000 to replace. John came out and had a look at the system. He replaced the power unit for £100 and we are up and running again 100%. I cannot recommend the Electronic Centre highly enough.

I have been a customer with these guys for 50 years or so. In the early days Eddie was a fund of information and helped me get on the DJ trail. The level of service is first class, range of product great, knowledge of staff really good and pricing is always within market range. My son is now a customer and gets the same level of service I have experienced. John is following in the family tradition of giving good service and delivering a wide range of products to suit all types of customers. All round great guys and I love a trip in for a chat and to see what's new. They do need another engineer though.

Actually been going to the store for over 15 years and the knowledge that they have is great when you are in store. I have purchased CDJs, mixers, controllers speakers, leads and an audio players from here, no issues with anything I’ve purchased. Great store, mark and John are very knowledgeable.

Purchased a shure microphone mic was £30 more expensive than online music shops for a start but anyway decided I’d support local business. Took mic home never used it as my mother told me she had bought me one already as a Christmas present . Bring mic back new not used and refused a refund and tried to tell me I culd be bringing back a fake wise up guys you’s are in the industry years certainly wuld be able to spot a fake. An insult to myself with other customers in the shop. Avoid because you simple won’t get an exchange or refund if needs be

Left in teac cassette deck to be repaired having told them previously over the years had soundbar then subwoofer for repair to no avail this is the 3rd item could not fix plus sold me a faulty numark cartridge to be told to put isopropyl on it thats £40 maintaining fees which is kept plus £59 cartridge I'm left with out of pocket the moral of the story here is don't expect any repair jobs done if the tape deck was even looked at?

If I could give a zero I would, which is sad as years ago this was a trusted business I used many times.

Issue is I left in Soundbar that wasnt powering on 2nd August 2023, with a promised update by 2nd September 2023 (as per receipt) , Paid £40 non refundable deposit to be taken off the repair if possible

To date I have never been phoned or left a voice message about this repair. I have phoned up on 9 separate occassions for update to be told various updates like family issue had stopped the repairs for a while, havent had a chance to look at it yet, its on the bench we will update you soon etc... etc... until I phoned today and was told it was not repairable , no parts available, and they had tried to phone me at end of 2023 with an update but got no answer, when I challenged I had not received a voicemail or missed call they then said they must have the wrong number. I then challenged why wasnt I told that on the many occassions I had phoned for update, including from the start of 2024.... they didnt have an answer to that.

So waited 7 months for a repair or an update, phoned 9 times over that time and until today was strung along with various excuses, and now on this last call have been told it is unrepairable.

I said I realised the deposit was non refundable but because of the actual lack of service or anything close to a response is there anything could be done with that, was told no.

So as I say, sadly will have to leave this review and urge others to not use this shop for repairs as Zero Comms, zero repair and a £40 bill for that.
