Bought a wee backup desk a few months ago and it blew second time out of the box. No fault of the shop. These things happen. Still had the receipt (which is so unlike me) Gave me the replacement straightaway. No questions asked.

Absolutely dreadful people . I bought a turntable from them on line . It arrived but was faulty , Refusing to return my calls rude arrogant and uncaring. Guy called Ross constantly telling me he would call back but never did Eventually they told me to send the turntable back at my own cost which I reluctantly did . I have proof of delivery and a signature saying they have received this back but they deny having it and wont refund me . So they have got my money and the faulty turntable and I am £179 out of pocket . In short they have ripped me off . The customer service here is shocking STAY AWAY . If anything goes wrong like it did for me you will lose your money ABSOLUTE CROOKS

I was in a big hurry to get the product and they were very quick with the delivery. Excellent job. Everything arrived flawless.

I bought few things to set up a turntable for my daughter. I needed a needle/cartridge, pre-amplifier and some powered speakers. Not only did they match or beat online prices the help and advice was excellent. Guys went out of their way to help with a grounding issue I had. I would highly recommend them.

Great customer service, I was unable to complete the purchase due to the lack of availability of Pioneer mixers in general, nothing to do with Electronic Centre and beyond their control. It looks like they are in stock online but it is a glitch on the website that was explained to me when I called and spoke to a lovely customer service advisor. It's always worth talking to them before leaving a negative review as I believe they are doing their absolute best during a testing time with Brexit and the war in Ukraine leading to a shortage of components just talk to them before being negative :)

Good service, ok so ordered the Roland T8 a few months back, received today, although this was on pre order, I understood that Roland had problems filling orders, the staff are quite helpful by phone and their web chat service.

Nice clean website, easy to navigate.

This was cheaper than some of the big web competitors, who yes probably got their quotas first and charge more.

To me I’m all for supporting the smaller businesses, where I’d rather spend my hard earned pennies.

Purchased a set of decks for my son got great advice and a good price the aftercare has been second to none !

I have been buying my DJ and studio products from this independently owned store for over 20 years. The staff have always been extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, even if I want to test out speakers and lights etc. They also have a loading bay directly outside with 5 or 10 minutes free parking which is really handy for quick visits.

I have been dealing with the team at the Electronic Centre in Belfast for around 3 decades and their level of knowledge, expertise, customer care, and value for money is unrivalled. In a highly competitive market like this the differentiator for me always come down to customer experience and this is where these guys win out every time. I have always and will continue to give them my business and highly highly recommend them at the same time.

I was looking to get a home CCTV kit and had no idea what to go for. A friend recommended the Electronic Centre in Belfast as the staff are super helpful with all electrical stuff. I called into the shop and wasn’t let down. Dealt with a guy there called John who was really knowledgeable and helped me get exactly what I needed.
Loved the shop as well, ended up buying lots of other wee low cost toys for my kids for birthday presents. Great all round shop, highly recommend and will definitely be back.

We used the electronic centre for a new fit out of our new city centre sports bar “Gallahers” A fantastic team to work with from start to finish with there endeavour to do everything perfect and with great attention to detail. The guy John couldn’t of been more helpful and went above and beyond. Nothing was a problem and had a solution for everything. Let’s hope we get to work together again 😉

Great shop with lots of stock very knowledgeable staff my son always gets what he needs and if it isn't in stock staff will go out of their way to source

The Vivanco headphones I've been using for the last 18 years, on various keyboards, were getting tatty and needed replacing, so when I received an amazon gift card from my daughter I used it to buy another pair to replace them.

The offer on amazon clearly stated " Return Policy: Returnable within 30 days of receipt. "

They arrived fairly quickly, but the packaging was impossible to open without damaging it. I basically had to tear it open. I tried them and it soon became obvious that the frequency response at higher frequencies was sadly lacking.
using the graphic equaliser on the keyboard cured the lack of volume at the higher end - but that was accompanied by some distortion, so I decided to return them, as they were unsuitable, and did so the same day.

The seller refunded £10.39 of the £24.99 I'd paid without contacting me first.
There was no explanation, accompanying the partial refund. I was then asked by amazon for feedback. I rated it one star, and left the following feedback:

"Refunded only two fifths of what I paid, when returned item. Last time I use amazon!"

Which is perfectly true: £10.39 is the nearest manageable fraction of £24.99, and -£10.39 balance of the gift card excepted - it is the last time I'll be using them - for this reason:

I made no criticism of the seller; I stuck to facts and kept it short. He responded by explaining that the headphones were supplied in a sealed package (Not mentioned in the offer,) and that due to hygiene reasons, returns were excepted from the 30 day refund policy.

I informed him that I accepted the explanation - as far as it went - but that if that is the policy, it should be clearly stated on the offer, and gave advice on a suitable note to accompany the advert in future, to avoid a repetition.

He responded by pointing me to the 'small print' exception in amazon's return policy: " Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery..."

[Note: headphones specifically are not mentioned, in those exclusions, nor is the fact that the item is supplied in a sealed package, in his advertisement. ]

He then went on to contradict me, offered no thanks for my well-intentioned advice, and finished by basically questioning my honesty: " Clearly you are at fault. The honest thing to do would be remove the feedback...
I objected to that and replied to that effect. Back came the reply " We sent the correct item to you sealed unused/unopened. You changed your mind and returned second hand used headphones. Your feedback is untrue and unfair. He then finished off with what appeared to be some sort of threat: " I have reported everything to Amazon."

1) I did NOT 'change my mind;' I returned an item that was unfit for the purpose for which I had purchased them.

2) They were NOT 'second hand' they were opened, tried and returned within 4 hours.

3) As stated earlier - if those are the terms of the offer - fine - I accept them.
But they should be clearly explained within the offer itself.

4) My initial feedback stated that I had received only two fifths of the purchase price, when returned. £10.39 is two fifths (as near as practicable,) of £24.99. What is untrue or 'unfair' about that?

5) Looking at other feedback on this seller, it is obvious he has serious attitude issues. The whole situation arose out of poor communication on the part of the seller - a common theme amongst the complaints.

6) Frankly, I couldn't give a hoot about the £14.60 I have lost; it's the insults and dishonesty I detest.

7) I object to having my integrity/honesty questioned - even though most would have raised the issue of honesty with regard to HIS offer: i.e. it is dishonest with respect to the fact that the offer omits the fact that the returns policy advertised may not apply. That omission may well be unintentional; an oversight. But having advised him to that effect, instead of acknowledging it, he climbs on his "We are honest sellers" high horse.

Despite the advice I volunteered, with respect to alerting prospective purchasers to the returns policy, the offer remains on amazon, exactly as before.

Please bear this in mind, if considering purchasing from this seller - if you need to return an item, you may have difficulty. This seems to crop up repeatedly on the lowest rated feedback on this site and amazons.

(And now he replies..."Simple . Returned unsealed, opened and used. Unable to sell as new. Delivery and return costs were not refunded. Headphones were not faulty."
Agreed: headphones were not faulty; retailer is.

Im not actually sure this business is 100% legit? ordered a pioneer DDJ 1000 SRT with being told "Stock due mid FEB" mid feb comes no arrival, no contact or anything, the site gets updated and the product says stock due mid May, i was never told, i emailed to cancel my order and chase up and was just met with no reply, getting ignored constantly, iv had to raise a claim on paypal instead. Would defo avoid using as i said i dont think they are a legit company
