Terrible Customer Service – Avoid This Seller
I had an extremely frustrating experience with this seller. We ordered a stove that arrived new and still sealed on the pallet, but when we tried to contact them regarding a return, they were completely unresponsive. They don’t answer their phone, don’t reply properly, and offer absolutely no real customer support.
We were even willing to pay for the return shipping ourselves, yet they still refused to cooperate. The item has never been opened or used, and they still would not help. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
I strongly recommend that buyers stay away from this seller unless you’re willing to risk being stuck with an item and no support.

The delivery system is very useful, allowing you to track when its going to be your turn and where the delivery team is. The delivery team is very friendly, polite and even brought both washer amd dryer inside the house for me in perfect condition. Electronic has the best price in town. I shopped around for 2 days and saved several hundred of $ for the same brand and models of washer and dryer. It was a great experience with Electronic Express

THE 2 INDIVIDUALS THAT DELIVERED MY TV WERE VERY COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY SET UP THE TV IN MY PREPARED PLACE AND SET EVERYTHING UP MAKING SURE THAT I UNDERSTOOD ALL THE FEATURES WITH BOTH THE TV AND THE REMOTE. I WOULD DEFINITELY GIVE THEM 5 OUT OF 5 STARS. I WOULD DEFINITELY DO BUSINESS AGAIN.

I’m very disappointed with the packaging of my Surface Pro 12. The device was sliding freely inside the box with inadequate internal protection. For a high-end electronic product, this level of packaging is unacceptable.
There was clearly not enough padding or secure fitting to keep the device in place during transit, which raises concerns about potential internal damage, even if it isn’t immediately visible. When paying a premium price, I expect professional, secure packaging that protects the product properly.
Electronic Express needs to do better with quality control and shipping standards for their devices.

I can't believe a business as large as Electronic Express can't figure out delivery of a single item. I ended up cancelling my order rather than getting another email telling me they were going to deliver my TV at 4 AM.
It had nothing to do with the winter delays. It was the fact that I told your delivery team that my business does not open until 8 AM and they continued sending me delivery notices for 4AM, 6AM, etc...

Dont buy from them online. I cant speak for in stores, but online and their support team are terrible and probably outsourced over seas based on how hard it was for them to understand basic things. They sent me a damaged pc and then gave me a run around on their return policies. Part of it says it has to be un opened to be returned and they were saying to open it and check it out but wanted me to pay return shipping. Even if its through a 3rd party like bestegg .Com, I would avoid buying from this company and save yourself a headache. Not even 1 star worthy. -10/5

Delivery time was reasonable, and the items arrived undamaged. The earbuds were repackaged, obviously tested to ensure functionality, although the package was previously taped and sticky with Scotch tape holding the lid closed. No instructions, had to search YouTube to see how they functioned. Still unable to get them to correctly connect to my laptop, as the connection keeps dropping off, but they work fine for my phone. The Hedgehog Warmie was new and functioned appropriately.

Went to the physical store in Murfreesboro TN. Had a worker there tell me I could drive straight to there warehouse and pick it up within the hour. Warehouse was very hard to find. I asked one of there office workers and she was lost. Told me I had to wait 3 hours before payment cleared. After 3 days I contacted electronic express just for them to do something to release the hold. Dishwasher wasn't ready for pickup even though I was told it was. I would like a job up there. Money to lie and not know how to do my job. I'm interested. Send me an application. Terrible experience from beginning to end. Was lied to and no employees really knew what to do, they were clueless.
