Great item perfect condition excellent shipping and packing value packed with all accessories price was great significant savings I would recommend buying from the electronics force

I placed an order, expecting timely delivery as it was a gift for an employee. The order was canceled without any prior notice, after several days with no updates. Upon logging in, I saw the cancellation, and I never received an email notification. Support claimed my card was declined, even though I tried three different cards and PayPal. I ultimately purchased the same phone on eBay using the same card, and there were no issues.

Regarding the reply itself, I called ypu guys 3 times and you didnt mention any fraud risk, just told me to place the order again online, i asked if we can do it over the phone to make sure its going through, but they said its not an option. Like I mentioned, I've purchased this elsewhere. My recommendations are:
1. Notify clients when you cancel thier order.
2. Be more clear about why it was canceled and offer a clear and true path to a successful order rather then just saying "try again because your card was declined".

where to start . i have received no order confirmation, shipping information, or tracking information. the follow up and uncertainty is making me seriously consider cancelling my payment and purchasing from another vender . i am very unimpressed with how they conduct things
