Didn't get the item. It's been several days and they don't respond. Please beware when purchasing from here, the experience is good until is not and nobody assists you. Their customer service SUCKS.

Elevate is the best...if I could give 1000 stars I would...very professional, items arrive on time or before time...they have a forever customer...
I had items in my cart and decided to register on the site. After entering my information, I was prompted to confirm my email address by responding to an email they sent to me. Once I hit confirmed, I received a order confirmation for an item I did not even have in my cart. I was charged for it and told it was being shipped.
I had not enter any billing information on the site. Still unsure if the send and bill you bc I do not see the transaction on my bank/payment accounts.
I reached out by email, (text & phone) and provided the order number that was on my receipt ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT IS NOT A VALIED NUMBER FOR THEM.
You can find similar products on other sites --- use them avoid this company

Poor service. Their website states items will ship the same day. They do not. I reached out via email and the response was it would ship the following Monday. Notification from my bank that they canceled my order and stated their vendor sold out of my wig. This is a bootleg hair supply store. Go somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible customer experience with Elevate Styles. They sent me a unit that had clearly been tampered with & was damaged. I immediately got in touch with Elevate Styles at the beginning of December as I wanted to return the wig & get a full refund. Knowing that their return policy had a 14 day turnaround, I had to act quickly. It took them four days to even acknowledge my first email & then it took me the better part of December to fight for my refund as they were so slow in responding to my emails. Their customer service is absolutely substandard at best. They offered no apology for sending me out a damaged unit & their approach to my many follow up emails was abrupt & apathetic. Their customer service training seriously needs to be revised. Fast forward to January, I finally received my refund. The cost of shipping the unit BACK to the U.S. was extortionate I might add. I will never patronise Elevate Styles again. I would rather take my money elsewhere. Shop there at your own risk.

I order november 29 and I received a e-mail confirmation that my order is ready to be shipped. A week later, the tracking haven’t been updated. I even paid for the Navidum Protection. I’m very disappointed. I will never buy it at Elevate Styles again.

Ordered my wig more than a month ago and got the confirmation E-mail the same evening. After almost a week of it not being shipped, I contacted them and they sent me a link to the tracking. That was almost three weeks ago and the tracking has not been updated ever since it said that the parcel has been entered into the system but yet to be handed over to the carrier. I sent them multiple follow up E-Mails regarding the situation to which they didn't respond. Overall disappointing and frustrating experience. Not worth the money and time.

I have shopped for wigs here for over a year (cancer survivor here) and never had issues. I have never bothered to return anything at all because it seems like too much of a hassle.
Recently I ordered 3 wigs and received them in the wrong color. I immediately contacted Elevate Styles via email and text - apparently they do not answer their phones EVER. I expressed that I needed the wigs ASAP for an event. I received no apology and no explanation but a return label. I had to press them why they weren't shipping the correct wigs right away to which they replied they have to order from their manufacturer. Ok fine. So I had to wait the following week for them to ship which meant I couldn't have them in time for the event. When they did ship the correct wigs, I had to ask them for a tracking info. I have been tracking those wigs and it is clear they chose the slowest and cheapest shipping method - so it looks like my wigs were shipped via a boat or something because the latest update as of Dec 3rd is from Nov 28th when it left Seattle. You would think they would have shipped my wigs normally to rectify their mistake. I emailed again to complain about how slow the shipping is - they shipped November 19th and my wigs won't get here until Dec 9th - by this time I would be out of the country. Instead of apologizing, they just sent me the tracking info again without so much as a word. Needless to say, I won't be buying from them again.

this company is very disappointing. I’m not even sure if I’ll get my stuff after I ask him to cancel it after they took too long to ship it out or even respond to my emails and then they’re making up stories saying that their system is down or Or whatever. Lies. And to be honest with you, even if they were honest with me about what was really going on I wouldn’t be as mad as I am right now, but the fact that if I asked him to cancel my order, they still that’s when they decided to ship my items and I don’t even know they’re even gonna ship it just because they made a label. Doesn’t mean it’s gonna be shipped and they stole my money if you continue to shop with them shop at your own risk and if you’re trying to return something don’t even try just go straight to your bank and dispute the charge because they will not refund you and I hope that I am educated enough to find a lawyer and to help me look through this the fact that this is illegal of taking customers money without providing the merchandise This place is a scam. This place is sickening and unprofessional and just downright rude. Either elevate styles need to rethink their employment or just give up.

Ordered my wig October 9th, got an email saying some items had been shipped October 11th. Got another email that the actual wig I wanted was refunded on October 14. They said it would be restocked the 16th. I asked them to cancel my order until the wig came in and got no reply. I sent several texts and email and was met with absolutely no response. Also, three days after I ordered the wig prices dropped by over $10 and I ordered four, but got three. I asked if the new price could be honoured and got no response. I spent $300.00 to be ignored.
My wigs arrived today October 23, took way too long and the wig spray for $7.95 is travel size along with the shark comb. DO NOT buy the packages, definitely not worth it. I also did not get the wig I wanted, I only ordered these other wigs to avoid shipping costs as I am in Canada. Use Hairmail, Ebonyline or go to the hair store. Not worth the BS.
There is also no tracking and no real time updates of your order as the item that was refunded is still on my order on the website.

I’ve ordered from them almost a month ago. And my tracking didn’t work so I emailed them to check up on the status of my order. I was met with a very blunt response "this is in transit" and a link of the now functioning tracking.
Today I received a letter from my Customs, and apparently Elevate styles didn’t provide important information which hindered the delivery service causing me to not have my hair for my planned event.
Not worth the time better shop on Amazon or hairsofly at this rate, unless you have the patience for this kind of madness.
Update 10/1/2024:
My package can’t be delivered to me because "The item could not be delivered due to an incorrect address" even tho I have proof that I typed it in correctly and also received a note from customs that Elevate Styles failed to provide the needed Data information. Ridiculous and embarrassing.

I ordered a wig on the 1st September and it’s now the 14th and still hasn’t arrived. I contacted customer service to which there response was word for word “It’s in transit. Thank you.” Very nasty note. They sent me a link to track my order and till this moment that company they use to deliver, which is probably fake, doesn’t have tracking details. You probably think it won’t happen to you because there’s good reviews and it could go well for you but I thought the same thing and look what happened. They ignored me when I asked for a refund twice. They don’t care about providing services, they have their money so they’re fine. I will never order from them again. Guys go to Amazon, the price difference isn’t too far off, you get tracking details and it even comes early at times. I should’ve stuck with Amazon, they’re a LEGIT business.

I ordered a wig since August 29.
It's September 12th and I still haven't received anything. I needed this wig for my sister's wedding. I contacted customer service twice who responded in a very unpleasant tone. I requested a refund so they ended up sending me a link for tracking the package which gives no information.
This was the first and last time I ordered from them.
Update 1
It is the 24th of september and the wig is not yet delivered! I paid 35 euros for a three day shipping!
Update 2:
The wig has been delivered the 26th of september. One month after the order.
J'ai commandé une perruque depuis le 29 août en payant 35 euros supplémentaires pour une livraison en 72h.
Pour commencer, j'ai dû attendre 2 semaines avant de recevoir des informations sur l'expédition qui n'avait pas été encore faite.
Ensuite le service client est nullissime. Les informations sont parcellaires et aucun respect du client.
Enfin, à ce jour, donc le 24 septembre je n'ai toujours rien reçu !
La commande est à Roissy depuis 4 jours et depuis le statut ne bouge pas.
C'est la dernière fois que je commandé chez eux.
La commande a été reçue le 26 septembre soit un mois après le paiement de la commande.

Ordered on Aug 31st and the item has not been shipped as of Sep 9th, a mere label has been generated. Customer Service seems to have changed as well as they were abrupt and quickly dismissed my email.
Sogoodbb.com charges more for shipping but if you need your order quickly I would suggest utilizing their services instead.

Gosh I ordered a package on the 15th of May as I assumed it would definitely be with be before the 30th as the website stated 10days, I contact them on the 20th why it hasn’t been shipped out they tell me it’s out of stock ??.. like okay let me know mind u I have everything booked on time expecting it to meet up . It says shipped out on the 27th I then email for a refund as there’s no point . … no reply .. no nothing .. Then today the 5th still no order tracking …info is frozen… I contact them they send me an info saying it was shipped out on the 3rd of June … why couldn’t they just initialy refund me ?… and now the package is actually useless haha so I have to go through the stress of returning it … I have no issue with a full month to ship but this company is very cunning and I know it’s gonna be here in maybe two weeks which is a month plus after ordering extra 20 days added to the shipping time.
Just save urself the headache and ur money go to a more reliable service and supplier .
