Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas mettre un zéro pointé.
Commande effectuée le 11 mai et je n'ai toujours pas pu récupérer le colis ! Déjà, même lorsque votre colis est en route, il n'y a aucun traçage de son parcours. Si vous voulez savoir où il se trouve, il faut contacter le vendeur. J'ai dû attendre deux jours pour qu'ils mettent leurs données à jour.
Ils l'ont finalement livré à une autre adresse que celle indiquée. Et le colis ne s'y trouve même pas. Le contact client est impersonnel voire inexistant.
Je viens de jeter mon argent par la fenêtre.
Je ne recommande absolument pas.

Suivi du colis : Pour les envois internationaux, il est fréquent que les mises à jour du transporteur marquent une pause lors du transit aérien ou du passage en douane. Nous mettons tout en œuvre pour vous fournir les données les plus récentes dès qu'elles nous parviennent.
Erreur de livraison : Nous utilisons un système automatisé (Shopify) qui génère les étiquettes d'expédition exactement selon l'adresse saisie lors de la commande. Si le colis a été déposé à une mauvaise adresse par le transporteur local, nous devons ouvrir une enquête immédiatement.

Hab eine wig zurück gesendet die unberührt war hab beim öffnen gesehen das es die falsche Farbe ist und direkt retour angemeldet.
Der Rücksende Schein war nicht kostenlos so wie behauptet wurde und es wurden 50!!!€ Versand verlangt.
Die Retour ist bei Elevate angekommen, hab auch die Bestätigung bekomen aber bei Klarna bestätigten die es nicht! Ich hab elevate kontaktier UND Klarna hat die kontaktier. Keine Antwort und Klarna verlangt von mir die Zahlung. Danke ihr Betrüger! Ich muss was bezahlen was ich NICHT behalten habe + den ekelhaft teuren Versand. J ai écrit à de nombreuses reprises aux services client sans aucun retour de leur part.
J ai eu un email avec un numéro de suivi de colis qui n existe pas.

J ai bien reçu ma commande, en date du 17/04/24, le site est de confiance.
Mes produits ont été soigneusement emballés et je suis très satisfaite des produits.
Cependant la communication sur la livraison doit être vraiment améliorée afin de rassurer les clients.

Shopping Takes Too Long & is Expensive
Ordered on the 21st and still have not received and ups says I should receive by Monday the 1st. I wanted them by Easter the 31st, I am very disappointed at how long shipping takes as much as it cost!! Ridiculous, I’ll order from a different place next time.
Ok I got the reply and all it has is the tracking number which is not helpful because it shows the same thing, I won’t get the package until the 1st. So it takes about 11 days when it should be 2-3 days. Why so long?
