When I placed the order it stated that the item would ship in 3/4 days. It took almost 2weeks. it was sent overnight but it still took longer than expected. Ordered 2/16 PayPal approved 2/18 received 3/1.

I like the quality of the hair
I like the quality of the hair, and the price point is unbelievable!
I did send an email prior to ordering because I was unsure of the color of the first wig I purchased. It turned out to be the wrong color. I didn't receive an answer, so that wasn't the most inspiring aspect in dealing with a new company for me. I managed to make the color work for me. In the end, I'm happy with my purchases, but I do think they should be responsive to customer inquiries.

I was in dc for a week and have not received my order until i left. Choosing a fast track shipping was not a straight forward option on the website and I would never have thought that it can take that long.

I never got my order
Edit: the package finally got there
It was an issue with the post office as I got a message precising it was delivered but nothing was there
It’s my first time shopping on their website. Placed the order February 18 after seeing good reviews on the website.Despite living in France I still decided to try. i did not receive my item yet it was said to have been delivered since February 22nd I waited a little bit more and have been checking the mail room of my building for days.
