Have ordered from them twice so far (waiting on the 2nd order). Haven't worn the wigs yet but items arrived in good condition. Large variety of styles to choose from, happy to see they ship to Canada, which is awesome! Decent sales and you get good discounts too. 0.5 stars off - shipping to Canada

Horrible Customer Service
They are horrible at customer service. They DON'T answer the phone and they charge the customer for returns, even though we have NO WAY of knowing if we'll like the merchandise (other than what we see on their site.)
They also charge a 20% restocking fee!
To restock their own merchandise.
I would NOT recommend this website for wig, hair or hair product purchases.

Barely getting any response from the…
Barely getting any response from the support team. I had to ask for a tracking number and they gave me one for a complete other customer located in Spain, and tried to tell me this was normal. Awful experience

Trustworthy Company with Good Products
I’ve ordered from this company several times over the years. Probably since 2012/2013. Their orders always arrive within a week and the products are well packaged. I love the latest wig I purchased! They use the shop app now, so it takes a minute to see shipping with the app. However, I still got my order within a week and tracking information within 3 days. I definitely recommend this website!
