DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I ordered 2 blouses. They are hideous! The blouses shown on the website look like gauze material with embroidery. What I received were hideously printed thin material. They are nothing like what is shown on the website. They were $36.95 each.

I would give less than one star if that was possible. The items I received did not match those advertised in terms of appearance, quality, fabric or fit. When I requested a refund as the items were defective and not as described, I was initially offered 20% refund and that I could keep the items. When I declined, I was subsequently offered first a 35% refund and then a 50% refund which I also declined. Each time I emailed I stated my position, requested a full refund and to return the items. After much back and forth, they gave me an address in China to return the goods at my own cost. I again declined as I should not have to pay to return defective goods. They eventually reluctantly agreed to a refund which would take up to 7 business days. No surprise that the refund wasn’t received! I notified a dispute with my credit card company and finally after nearly 2 months since I received the items, the credit card company agreed with me and the money was refunded. The photos on their website look beautiful but are deceptive. In reality what I received was synthetic ugly poorly made items that I would never have ordered if the photos matched the actual items. Do not waste your money if you are looking for quality items that look like those advertised.

The Eleven forest website(not to be confused with Elven Forest a legit quality clothing website) has all these beautiful clothes I decided to purchase a few because I really like the design. Instead The quality I got like cheap polyester material with screen printed photos instead of the beautiful embroidered clothing and designs that they had on their website. Would love to send pictures if I can. Sent a disappointment email with pictures to company. Sad. They have great ideas. Too bad they chose to scam. It would be great if somebody took their style and designs and created quality clothing. Since It appears they're leveraging their name with Elven's

Eleven forest.com advertises beautiful photos of stunning merchandise, however it is cheap, poorly constructed goods. And they advertise a money back guarantee, don’t believe it. They will give you the run around and stall for weeks, hoping you will go away with your shabby goods. Don’t give up, dispute the charge with your credit card company as they do not uphold their advertising. It may be a chore to do so, but just forgetting about it, is what allows this less than reputable company to continue to mislead people simply wanting to purchase beautiful things. They are fraudulent.

Don’t order from this company!! A huge disappointment. The material is very sub par and the customer service is terrible. You can’t get your money back due to it coming from China…on a boat.

This company is a disgrace .The images bear no relationship to the garments .We complained and they said would refund 30% and we could keep them ,we said didnt want them ,they said keep them anyway .I am sure its because there value is significantly less than a postage stamp.
This was 3 months ago and we have had no refund .

I had no problem with the website, I just want the items to be what I am expecting.

The design of the two dresses I purchased is very nice. But there is NO embroidery at all on either dress. The thread used is VERY PRICKLY - it feels like fishing line scratching you. Unwearable.

It was easy to order but sizing was not clear and it was hard to get to the sizing chart. I had to go too 5XL to get my size of 18-20. Usually I order either a2XL or a 3XL. Good thing I checked as a 3XL was only a size 14

What a disappointment. The website shows photos of beautiful garments, claims that they are cotton/linen with embroidery, quilting and lace. None of this is true. What you get is polyester fabric with cheap screen printed, fuzzy images of what looks like embroidery and lace, but not a stitch of embroidery or lace on the garments. When I complained to Customer service, they responded saying they would offer me a 20% refund without sending the item back. I refused. They then upped it to 35% and then 50%. When I insisted on getting a full refund, they sent me instructions which are vague, hard to understand and clearly very expensive on my part to carry through because they do not pay return postage and state in their instructions that I am responsible for any import duties and taxes on the return. I was also asked to telephone a Chinese number in China to give them the tracking number the return parcel. I do not speak Chinese. How am I to conduct business on the telephone with someone who may or may not speak English well enough to communicate effectively? This is clearly a scam. I am very sad that I ordered from this fraudulent company.

I ordered what was advertised as embroidered linen blouses and received oversized, greasy polyester(?) t-shirts that had been very cheaply screen-printed. They only vaguely resemble the online photos. Have been trying to get a refund for over two months. I'm guessing all of the 5-star ratings here are fake, because I can't imagine anyone actually being happy about spending money on this scam. I also find it interesting that are very few 2-4 star ratings.

J'ai commandé un top brodé, , couleur rose. j'ai trouvé dans ma boîte aux lettres un petit paquet avec une misérable petit vêtement sans aucune broderie, un chiffon ! Ayant envoyé la photo du vêtement reçu, ils ont reconnu, mais n'ont proposé aucune réparation valable !!!! et m'on demandé de renvoyer "le chiffon" à mes frais en Chine !!!!!!!! . Je suis convaincu que ce n'était pas une erreur, mais un moyen d'abuser les clients. D'autres témoignages similaires le confirment

when I first wrote a review it was based on the experience of order. When I received my clothes, and doing more searches about this company, I found it's a scam. This company is a scam from CHINA. Google the company and you'll find from the BBB the thousand of complaints that have been filed. The clothes look amazing on the website and when you get them it's not the same what you saw on the website. These are prints and not what you actually paid for. Junk shirts for over $36, dollars or more. Sadly, I got duped and know to Google reviews first before even considering. The company comes across as a USA company, new start up company and when you get the products you'll find out you've just gave CHINA your hard earn dollars for clothes worth $10 or less. Do you research and save your money for better quality of clothes.
