Beautiful looking products! Very important support for those battling cancer! Discovered after not receiving items ordered that company is fly by night…. AI generated photos and terrible customer service …. Like non-existent! Zero stars!!!!

Ease of ordering. Choices of products.

Crap! The pictured goods look fantastic with good fabric, design, and overall presentation. What you get when they finally send it is garbage. Thin, thin seems to be cotton that is going to wrinkle and sizing that is all over the place. I ordered a blouse and got an ugly dress. The smaller dress I did order, though I don't think I picked small, has such a small opening to get it over your head, that my big head wouldn't fit. I'm sure they'll not refund me either. Hope Goodwill wants them as I would be mortified to wear them anywear. Cavaet Emptor! Don't buy. Some things from China are actually made well yet most are not. Poor sewing, assemble, crap fabrics, and poor ripoffs. Save you money.

This site is a complete scam and rip-off. They are a Chinese knock-off who stole images and descriptions of bohemian style clothing from Elven Forest based in USA and advertise them as their own. Instead of expensive handmade cotton embroidered blouses and dresses and hand knitted pure wool jumpers, (as per the descriptions and price), they send synthetic nylon t shirts with faded printing of embroidery; not worth $1. The order also took 3 months to deliver.

It was very easy to order. I loved all the top.

They would not allow any product return or refunds. They deflect, fail to answer, and are unwilling- under any circumstance- to return funds. Make sure you have good credit card fraud protection.

Don't buy from this website! The pictures are not even close to the clothes you will get. The clothes I purchased are so bad even the homeless won't take them. You can't get a refund because they will not respond either. You will lose your money and get nothing. It's a Scam!!!!

So disappointed with the pieces I purchased. Blouses were flat, not even close to the pictures. I also purchased a mid-length black dress that the picture showed with a black lace cover with roses. Instead I received a very poorly made dress with no lacy cover. Sent email to find out how to return. They needed pictures to confirm my receipt?? Not sure why. Now they have to send info to their "after-sales" department to complete the process for a "solution." Look at the reviews on their website. Many of the pictures are taken at the same location (backgrounds are the same, chairs are the same) with different women each saying how wonderful their purchases were. Complete SCAM!!!!

J'ai commande 3 hauts mais rien a voir avec la photo. Ce sont des produits faits en Inde, mauvaise qualité et pas de broderie, des copies mal faites. Je me suis plaint, aucune réponses depuis.

I ordered a dress that looked lovely on the website, when I received it it was the wrong dress. I notified Elevenforest and they recommended that I take a 20% discount and keep the dress. That would've been fine if the dress had fit, had not been a very cheaply made item, and nothing that I would ever wear. I received the dress on July 16, and they are now saying I can have 50% off. They are clearly missing the point and I strongly recommend you do not order from this vendor. I am now going to call my credit card company to deal with the situation.

The items I received are nothing like the items shown on the website. They are not embroidered, the material is cheap with an awful flat printed pattern on. They bear no resemblance whatsoever to the items I paid for. They came without a returns note and the website does not appear to have an option to return them either.

Unique items which made me want to look at every item twice! Prices are in line with standard.

I loved the clothing and jewelry. Prices are high for me, but I'm sure there are those that can afford you. I'm anxious to get my Cat necklaces! Ask me what I think then.

this company is offering clothes that you won't find in a regular department store - romantic, classic styles for reasonable prices; especially with the discount. Can't wait to get my order!

I made a purchase 2 months ago and never received it. I’ve sent numerous emails to their service department and no resolution.

Very attractive clothing. I'll see about the quality when I receive the items. I haven't received a shipping notice yet

I try to have a positive outlook when something looks beautiful to me. I anticipate a good and satisfactory experience upon receipt. I admit to wanting to buy more but I must try to see the quality of my purchase before I commit to making another try at my choice just made.
