BUYER BEWARE! The product you receive is NOTHING LIKE THE WEBSITE PHOTOS!. supposed to be Cotton Linen it comes polyester and there is NO appliques it it all CHEAP PRINTED on CHEAP fabric, the seams are horrible, the sleeves are a different shape and they hassle you on returning . I have to return to China and pay customs and will probably never see a refund. Do not confuse this site with Elven forest. That one has taken hits because of ELEVEN forest scam China company

It took me quite awhile to place this order. I haven't received my order yet so I can't comment on the product.

I appreciated the in-depth description of the blouse I purchased. I'm hoping the blouse is fully embroidered and looks like it is shown in the photograph. I have purchased from other companies that the product looked great in the photo only to find out,after receiving it,that there wasn't any embroidering and ended up returning it-which wasn't easy to do. Excited to see this purchase!

I'm a first time shopper at Elevenforest. I love the way the cloths look for females and for Guys. I hope the blouse I ordered is as fabulous as it looks online!
And I love the mission statement, being a cancer survivor.

This is a total scam. They advertise lacey products with elaborate appliques on them and describe beautiful fabrics. In reality, they are made of very cheap fabric printed with the applique and lace designs. They are not even close to what they advertise. When you try to return and ask for return address info, they give you the run around offering a 20% refund, when I said I just wanted to return and get my money back, they offered 30% credit and keep the merchandise, when I insisted I didn't want this junk, just my money back they offered 50% credit and then I became really insistent on my money back. Then they gave me an address in China, upon receipt of returned goods they would then determine if it was in adequate condition to accept and possibly credit my card with a refund. I am just going to give merchandise to a secondhand store and learn not to buy anything from on-line marketers. Total SCAM, FRAUD and THEFT.

If I could give 0 stars I would! My order has been placed for 10 weeks. I received a partial order, no word on when the rest of the order may come. The fabric is rough and uncomfortable, The texture is not as shown on the adds. No embroidery. The fit is not as shown in the adds. Very unflattering. I received 3 pieces and requested to return all 3. After several weeks with customer service, I was finally told I would receive a 20% refund. That was 2 weeks ago and I haven’t gotten any refund. I have reached back to customer service but get a computer generated email saying they will ask the appropriate department about my concerns. This has to be a scam. Just don’t buy from Elevenforest. Nothing about my experience has been acceptable.

Ein ganz schlimmer Shop. Die Ware hat nichts mit den Bildern zu tun mangelnde Qualität und der Services ist ganz miserabel . Ich warte immer noch auf mein Geld , dass Sie mir angeboten haben .Weil zurückschicken kostet ja mehr wie die ganze Ware.
Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen, die Finger von diesem Shop zu lassen

So many beautiful clothes it was difficult to make a decision. I am taking a trip in September so I anxiously await my orders. Yes, I made more than 1 order.

What we got delivered was not even close to the photo. Straight into the charity shop bin.

Most products are of natural fibers, responsibly produced (I hate synthetics). The prices seem reasonable and the designs tasteful. The only minor quibble that I have is that as a senior quite a few of your designs would look silly on me, but baby boomers probably aren't a major target market for you. The hoodie is for my daughter...but the shirt is for me!

Your search tool is very adaptable and easy to use and the entire site worked flawlessly today.

First off I wanted to purchase 3 tops to get the discount, could only purchase two. So went right back in and ordered the third, therefore no discount. I e-mailed them and told them about it and they didn't offer to do anything. When I finally got the items, to say I was disappointed is an understatement! Nothing is embroidered as it shows in the pictures, no 3 dimensional flower as shows in the pictures. Everything is basically just what appears to be screen printed onto the fabric and only the front. I wanted to love these tops as depicted in the photos on the website, but sadly I was duped. Took 2 emails to finally get an answer and have to take pictures and send to them to see what they are going to do. I spent over $100. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!

They ripped me off good! I ordered 6 shirts, they say the shirts were delivered. They weren’t. They got me for over $100. DON’T BUY FROM THEM ITS A RIP OFF

The product I received has no similarity whatsoever to what was pictured on their website except for the colour! The description was also very misleading and incorrect. 95% cotton….not even close! Embroidered…the only thread used was to hem.
We’ll see about a refund, but as this is a SCAM….I am not holding my breath!

I was ordered a pink in a large but the receipt says Small. Can’t find a way to cancel or correct the order
