The products I ordered are different than the products I received. The photos look like beautiful lace products but are actually cheap material that has no lace, only badly stamped-on lace-looking prints. One dress I ordered -and paid for - never arrived and my emails asking for a refund were ignored. I can’t figure out how to return the items I received so I’m stuck with bad products that are entirely different from what I ordered. Eleven Forest is one big scam that should be shut down.

This is a very dishonest company. I was expecting a beautiful blouse with lace inserts and embroidery. What I got was what appeared to be a picture of what I ordered printed on cheap polyester fabric. Unbelievably ugly! I read "easy returns" on the website but believe me it is not easy and they don't accept returns. They said they would refund up to 20% of purchase price but I have yet to see any money. I'm embarrassed I was sucked into this scam!

The blouses were stif thin printed fabric they did not resemble the photographs on their site at all. Clothes advertised show beautiful textured items nothing like the clothes I received. Shameful, a complete CON.

What went wrong ?!!!
I ordered from here. Fell for the "spend this much to get a discount" BS. Forget getting a refund for return. There is no return address.
How can this company improve ? SHUT DOWN. CLOSE.

The saddest part is that they could really do well if they actually had/sold the presented items.

I ordered two dresses and never received them. The tracking information said the package was "unclaimed" and was being returned to the seller. When I went to the Post Office, they told me no postage was paid on the package and they were returning it. I have asked to have the purchase amount refunded several times. They have responded with different excuses each time. And now they won't respond at all. A very frustrating experience!

THE BLOUSE I RECEIVED IS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. THIS COMPANY IS SUCH A SCAM AND THEY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!! THE BLOUSE
THAT I RECEIVED IS ONLY GOING IN THE TRASH - I WOULN'T GIVE IT TO CHARITY AS I DON'T KNOW WHO WOULD BE DESPARATE ENOUGH TO WANT TO WEAR IT.IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND A WAY TO RETURN - THEY OBVIOSULY KNOW PEOPLE WOULD NOT BE SATISFIED WITH THEIR PURCHASE SOTHEY MAKE IT VERY DIFFICULT TO TRY TO RETURN MERCH.

Ordering was an easy orocess.
Now i only hope that the dress is high quality and looks like it does in the picture.

This company is a fraud ! The products they advertise are not what they ship . There is no embroidery on the floral blouses which are made of a polyester plastic material , not a linen blend as promised . The pieces are terrible prints on terrible fabric. They only sent 2 of 3 pieces but charged for 3 and didn’t issue a credit . Im now fighting for a refund of all 3 pieces which so far is to no avail .

Do not be fooled ! The positive reviews are from people who have not received their products yet … they will be sorry !

I ordered a shirt off the website and the product provided was nothing like the shirt.
I contacted elevenforest service and it took several days to respond. When they finally responded they said they would give me a 20% refund, not 100% and told me to have a Happy Life.
I never received any refund.

Don't waste your time and money
The product I received is nothing like the product advertised, I would go as far as saying it is fraudulent advertising.
Currently they are offering a percentage of my money back, we are up to 50%.

Tried to buy the moonstone necklace on sale and your system would never add it to my cart. It didn't add it when I tried to buy it at regular price. Not good.

DO NOT BUY! Cheap material - poor quality - worse service! The items looked so cheap, there's no way could I wear any of them. The shirts themselves aren't even real embroidery. Their return policy states: 30 day easy returns. I followed the return instructions, and they came back with an email offering me an additional 20% off. Still waiting for them to respond since I told them this was not a satisfactory solution.

I would not rate these items at all. Absolute rubbish. Not as picture. Nor description. Not cotton linen No embroidery Just cheap material printed design. The only reason it got one star because it was delivered when scheduled.

Ordered a blouse. Took 4 weeks to receive. They took my payment immediately. Upon receipt had no embroidery, was of poor quality, and was stamped with a design not ordered. Return process and refund process are impossible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT FRONT ACTING AS A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS.
