There is not one thing positive about my experience with Eleven Forest, who has an F rating at the BBB, wish I had research this before my purchase. The company is Chinese and uses a Colorado address and phone number, which the message box is full. No one probably tends to the phones or the Colorado address. The advertised product pictures are nothing like the product delivered. The adds have embossed knitted products when the delivered product is a polyester material with no embossing with faded and blotched print instead of knitted embossed materials. Would not cancel my order before it shipped and would not approve a return, had to have my credit card charge back several times, they keep recharging.
Worst experience I have encountered with on line orders. Obvious fraudulent business that relies on deception for sales, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I ordered a 250 Anniversay shirt for our big celebration. I received the product and it was not as described and the item sent a 2xl mans football jersey. It was described as cotton and a size large. Then the attempt to return the item was a learning lesson not to purchase from this company, which is based in China. 1. The company shipped the shirt from Texas under the USPS. 2. The company started to give me a % scam return process. Each time they offered just a little more and used terminology like - "just think about it." 3. I stated no I wanted the full return, then they stated since I didn't take their offer I now had to send it back. 4. You guessed it I now had to send the item back to China and then if they thought refundable I would get my monies. 5. I informed the company I would notify the USPS and would initiate a complaint they responded since I was a good customer I would get the refund minus the shipping costs. 6. The refund would take 5-7 business days....still waiting no money. 7. Buyers beware if it says printed go to another site. 8. They use the same model and superimpose different shirts. 9. A friend ordered a shift from them supposedly embroidered and 3D flowers, she received a printed fabric same process to return the item. 10. This is a lesson learned if it is not an American based company keep looking there are many other options out there. Also make sure you use a Credit Card not an ATM you may have some recourse to get your monies.

The shirt looks so inviting and the process was smooth.

I ordered one of the beautiful looking embroidered tops; what I received was a long polyester shroud like, possibly a dress, but whatever it was it was nothing like what I'd ordered, only fit for the bin. DO NOT ORDER from this site!!!!

I ordered 2 blouses. I immediately realized that the blouses would not arrive as soon as expected. Within 10 minutes of placing the order, I sent an email to the only contact info available requesting order cancellation. Days later, I received an email asking why I wanted to cancel. This had been explained in the initial email. By the time their response was received, the order had been shipped. When I returned from vacation, the package had arrived. The blouses were not at all like the website pictures. Rather than beautiful, textured embroidery, all design/decor was printed and not at all what I had chosen. I resent the deception and suggest anyone else to carefully investigate each item as much as possible before purchasing ANY merchandise. BIG disappointment.

Absolutely a fake repro of the actual item. What I ordered was supposed to be an embroidered and edged top, cotton and linen. What I received was a "printed or screened" cheap poly shirt; tunic style (they got that right) but its NOT cotton/linen and the "embroidery is just printed or screened onto the fabric. It's really a scam; to send it back, I have to take it to fed/ex; not convenient for a wheelchair user. I would say these folks are scammers, and to take advantage of the disabled community who have to choice but to shop online (don't drive, no prublic transport for wheelchair) is just abhorrent. Do Not give these people your hard earned money. It's a Chinese drop ship bunch of crap.

Easy app showing unusual items. Lovely styles and colour choices. Have only ordered one item just to try this brand out. If it is as lovely as the picture and size is good for me it will be the first of many.

This site is definitely a scam. The cotton top I ordered looked beautiful in the pictures with detailed embroidery and lace. What arrived was a scrappy piece of cheap polyester with zero detailing. No mechanism for returning either….

i ordered two t-shirts from this company and when they arrived they were nothing like advertised and now they will not respond to my emails or take my calls. This site is a scam

I ordered 5 Linen tops with embroidered flower motifs. I received 5 cheap polyester t shirts.

My Rating is actually a ZERO. They just rip people off. Take their money, send something trashy (not even your order), say just keep the item (of course they don’t want the rubbish item back, it’s not even on their website!), no refund as promised. I am now getting it investigated and if I need to take it to the media I will. I also hate their comments like ‘we wish you a happy life’, ‘enjoy your blessed day’. They have finally said that they will give a 50% refund which is pathetic. Do not buy from this company. It has been weeks and I still have not received my refund. Please don’t fall into this trap. It’s a successful scam. Being reported. My order was shipped from Chullora NSW, 9 June 2026 and it’s nearly the end of July.

More like deserving of 0 stars!! Company website is gorgeous, showing beautiful cotton and linen embossed and embroided clothing! You receive NOTHING like they advertise on their site. 100% Polyester fabric, paper like fabric, incredible that they can do this and get away with it, they sent something so horrible. Good thing I only ordered 1 of my 7 items - so I didn't lose more of my money to them scammers, scammers! THEY WERE A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!

WARNING! What junk! The blouses that I ordered as shown in their catalog were not even remotely close to the crappy items they sent me! Warning! It said embroidery, not a stitch, it shows lace, not a bit, it shows a normal blouse length, not even close! The items I received are a plain shift like dress that is printed with designs on incredibly cheap fabric! Again, WARNING! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!
