The caps I ordered were not produced to spec and the specific cap i requested was not made to order!

Antwoord van Elite Embroidery Limited
Dear Jonaid,
Thank you for your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that your caps did not meet your expectations.
Our team takes great pride in our quality control and accuracy. Having thoroughly reviewed your order file, we can confirm that the caps were produced exactly as requested in the final order notes and approval email. Because we never received any additional custom specifications or prior notice of any issues since delivery at the end of May, this feedback came as a surprise.
I left a voicemail for you earlier today so we can better understand your specific requirements and find a positive way forward. Please give us a call back or reply to our email at your earliest convenience so we can look into this for you.
Best regards,
Elite Embroidery
