Lie #1) I was told that it would improve my credit...wrong. My credit is worse than it has ever been
Lie #2) I was told that I could call any time, for any reason...so long you don't ask to talk to one of their attorneys. That takes an act of God
Lie #3) I'm getting substantial amounts of money taken out of my bank account, I call the wonderful elite and I'm told that it's my problem. What happened to "we are here for you "!!

I am 70 years old and I'm in the worst financial bind than I have ever been in my entire life

I am about to have my water and electricity shut off and your withdrawal will bounce again and I am drowning trying to play catch up, which is impossible because of having almost $2000 (1853,64 to be exact) in the last 2 month's. I'm told it's not an attorney matter. I guess I don't matter.

All your company has done for me is they sent out the cease and decease letter, that hasn't done any good because they are just helping themselves. Which no one can tell me that anything else was done besides the letter.

I have been to work with your firm since day one. I have asked to talk to an attorney, but I'm told it's not an attorney matter. I talk to someone about the issues and I'm told that they can't find my file. How convenient!!!! If there was a way to give you any negative stars, I would give you several negative stars. My partner spent several years paying this company THOUSANDS of dollars only to get court paperwork for wage garnishment from these credit accounts that were supposed to be taking care of. All accounts are in collections, nothing is taking care of. And they will not help you with the garnishment.

this company is not legit. debt resolution???? so if you have 40k in debt they tell you it will cost you 20k and when they are done you will be debt free everything is erased from your credit report. they will tell you they find violations with your creditors... well they don't tell you is that during the time you were good with your creditors you paid monthly which they have record of, they also have record of where your payments came from SO NOW TELL ME HOW THEY CAN SAY THE CREDITOR IS IN VIOLATION???!!!! They scam you for you money time goes by nothing gets done. they tell you it takes time and in the mean time you are getting hit with more late fees and oh wait until it goes into collections, Elite tell you they have to start the process all over again and if you get a complaint that your being sued and an answer needs to filed. they will have one of there attorneys answer the complaint but also the creditor want to get paid so they may negotiate a settlement. therefore you will then have to pay the settled negotiated amount on top of paying Elite. and that does not come off your credit report. BOTTOM LINE--- NOTHING WILL EVER COME OFF AND YOU HAVE BEEN JUST GIVING THEM MONEY FOR NOTHING!!!
funny i was told in the beginning that for 3-5 months i may see creditors still reporting the the credit bureau well guess what its now 25 months later and creditors still report to the credit bureau and nothing has been done. I have reported them and am in the process of suing them now... not to mention all their good reviews are from employees and their families... I know because one of them slipped and entered their real name... LMAO!!!!

First of all let me tell you something, you might not believe this but this company has been fighting to flag my review and taking it down for the past 12 months and threatened me.
Ask yourself if this company is believing in their product and service why they should fight so hard for just a simple review?!!! To me there is something fishy and incredibly wrong with this company. Anyways. I still have the letter was sent to me from Point Break Financials that I could write here all the breaks downs and let you know all what happened then. But, I save it for the next they flag my review.
Scammers that will ruin your credit without doing anything for you. The damage that will be caused on your credit “charge off” will be substantial and will remain on your credit record for 7 to 10 years. Just call your bank and negotiate with them and save your time and money.

I asked for damages that will remain on my credit for 7 years, they took my money as a hostage till I sign a release form and they denied any damages.

I still have the letter from the Point Break Financial from Brett. B on how he bait and switched me. If you are still reading this and decided not to sign up….congratulations you saved tones of headaches from dealing with these guys.

I've been with ELP for about 18 months now. I was put on a 20 month payment plan and a 18 to 24 month program completion. I signed up 5 of my accounts that are all pretty big names, 2 BOA credit cards, a Chase card, an Amex and my best egg loan all equaling out to $46,712.36. Elp has removed 4 of my account so far, they are not on my credit any longer and they are working on the last account which is the Amex account for roughly $6k. I am so grateful for these people. At first i was a little skeptical when signing up, but i stuck it through, they were very nice and understanding and was there for me every step of the way. I am so grateful I stuck it through! I could not be more happier! Not only did they save me over $28k, but they removed 4 of the bigger account off my credit report completely. I had some doubts halfway into the program, it didnt look like much was getting done for me, i almost canceled out with them 2 different times, im SO glad i didnt! If i can give 1 piece of advice, i would say, STICK IT THROUGH the program i am so glad i did not end the program! Those accounts have been erased from my report and my score is a 710 right now which i am very happy about. Thank you so much ELP for everything you guys have done, if i could give you a 100 starts on here i most definitely would! I will be referring all my friends and family over to you guys if they need debt relief. You guys have been amazing. Special shout out to one of the reps, Crystal, she is so sweet and understanding. She has been by my side from the beginning and i am so thankful to have these guys in my corner fighting for me. You guys are amazing, thank you so much i couldn't be more grateful for what you guys have done for me. Just one more account to get off my credit and i will be the happiest person ever! I know you guys got this! I will update a review once program is finished for end results. I love you guys, thank you agan.

They are very understanding one of there employees amber lee was very nice and very understanding if I could rate from 1-10 it would def been a 10 still going through the process and being harassed from one of my creditors amber lee helped me with that thank you so much

I disliked the lady that sighed me up. She told me, my daughter was listening, that I would never have any out of pocket costs. And here I am set up with a payment plan from a creditor and I am going back to where I started. At least it feels like it. The date I joined is not correct. 2024 is when it happened.

I’m almost finished with my contract. Elite Leagal Practice has been very helpful. Everyone I’ve talked to has explained everything in detail. Very polite & great customer service. Highly recommend to anyone.

I tried to do a debt consolidation loan with this company after paying on it for one year I came into some money and wanted to pay my debt off quicker so that I could fix my credit and I didn’t wanna wait three years so I canceled my account and asked for a refund. It took them over a month to get back to me to tell me that I only got approved for 20% of what I paid them Then they said I had to wait three days to get an email that I had to approve and it would take three more weeks to get a check currently I have called five times since they told me I would get this email. It’s now been a week and a half and I still didn’t even get the email that they said I was approved for if I was doing debt consolidation again I would never in 1 million years go through this company. I hope this helps somebody else to stop them from the issues they will get from this company.

I am a new client regretting signing up for this. I was lied to right from the beginning to get me to sign up and was never told that this program would cost me 10,000 over time! I was told I would have 3-4 accounts DROPPED by end of Feb this year and yet nothing and then told that that’s not a guarantee. I called to speak to a supervisor and was told they were all in a meeting and would call me back… guess what? No call back! I will be ending my business with this money hungry scam company! DONT DO IT! Just contact your debtors and talk with them to make an agreement bc you are better off!
