Dear Mike,
We are so sorry about this.
Because of the severe snowstorm, this package took a long time on the road.
When we received the customer’s mail, we immediately contacted the delivery company, but due to this uncontrollable factor, the package did not arrive as expected.
We have changed the delivery company. Hope to prevent such incidents from happening.
We aim to provide customers with satisfactory products and services.
This time there has been a mistake, we will improve this aspect as soon as possible.
We are sorry again for your unpleasant shopping experience.
Sincerely
Elitewill Team

Great as well as the shipping goes now the park is a different story the price was right but had to do a lot of modifying for the front fuel tank brace fit holes were punched on the wrong sides needed a angle twist to it which had to do basically they should’ve put that in the directions if it had any directions I know these parts are welding but weren’t designed to well but if they told you what it needed when you bought it would’ve been fine thank you. Good stuff
Had my doubts at first, but their communication was fast and I received the parts in a fair amount of time considering usps was experiencing heavy delays. I'd buy parts from them again

Good buy
Everything regarding the purchase, shipping and the crossmember itself was great. The shock bracket though just didn't work the way it should to make shock be aligned properly. It was to straight for my opinion. I ended up cutting a bracket off an frame at a junkyard to make for a better fitting job. It saved the time of modifying the bracket to make it work properly.

Dear William,
We are glad that you like our products.
If the shock bracket cannot be aligned properly during installation, you can actually weld it to make it work.

Dear Roger,
We have maintained email communication with you.
There are more than a dozen e-mails between us.
You have bought two products from our store, and one of them is out of stock in the American warehouse because it is so popular.
Therefore, we urgently ship to you from an overseas supplier we cooperated with, but due to the current port congestion, the delivery time is longer than usual.
We asked if you would like to wait. If you don’t want to wait any longer, we can refund you.
You replied in your email that you would have to wait.
We really want to solve problems for our customers, but there are some things we cannot control and we can only do our best.
We are deeply sorry for the displeasure caused by this incident.
Sincerely
Elitewill Team

Product was great and received in a timely manner. However, due to unforeseen additional issues with the frame, I ended up not going through with the repair. Return process was very easy. Didnt actually install the item, but very easy to work with.

Impressed with quality and finish
Received the Tow Hooks and am waiting for a warmer day to install them. I really like the black crinkle finish and definitely would not paint over them. They are heavy and seem to have all need brackets. Good buy IMO
