I can say it honestly works for me. I can feel the difference when I use it versus when I don’t use it. Herbal supplements are always a plus and I like the blend my blend offers. I try to consider what herbs a product offers so I am not buying more than what I need and I think this one has a nice blend that feels effective. It helps calm my inflammation down so I think it’s great to balance the Elix blend in as often as you can afford to.

Elix Healing truly has done wonders for me! When I had my first consultation, I had this rash on my stomach and once I started with my personalized formula, that rash went away. In addition, my cramps decreased and my flow became more manageable. Their customer service is impactful, friendly, and quick to respond.

If you haven’t tried Elix yet, you really should! Try it for a year - I promise you’ll see a difference.

Cycle balance is a horrible product, gave me intolerable hot flashes. Overpriced and scammy company.

I’ve had excruciating periods since I was 16, especially in the first 24 hours. Within a couple months of using Elix I noticed a difference, and by 6 months I was using 200 mg of ibuprofen instead of 900 mg as an average. I cannot describe the relief I have found in this simple beautiful tincture; it has changed the quality of my life, the ease of my period, and it’s only frustrating that it took me almost 16 years to discover it. My single complaint is I’d love the option to have an alcohol based tincture because the glycerin is so sweet, but I will never stop using this product while my body needs it. So grateful for this company 🙏❤️

Been using a year now. Just like the instructions read, you may not see results in just 3 months. And just like the instructions say, there was a month that was even WORSE than before I started using Cycle Balance. But I stuck with it, and I'm glad I did. Also disclaimer: I do notice better results when I improve my diet and exercise. There's only so much herbal blends can do if you're not supporting your body. That said, even the times where I didn't put any effort into what I ate or did, I still saw positive results.

- Pain Management: Noticeably reduced in 1 year. Used to have to take strong pain killers multiple days over the period, now just minimally the day prior and first day.
- Cramping: Noticeably reduced. Used to be debilitating, now there are months they're not even that bad.
- Headaches: Used to get really bad headaches the week prior, now not so often, if at all.
- Blood flow: Clots have reduced. Overall blood flow is more consistent and stable. Used to bleed heavy most of the week but now it's only a heavy first day and the rest is more consistent.
- Period regularity: It was never irregular but now it's like clockwork.
- Bloating: Used to be painful and noticeable, now it's reduced to minimal.

I used to think I'd have to be a certain way the rest of my life, so it's been really nice to find something that works like nothing else!

The taste is great. I add it to water, and it reminds me of a light herbal tea. I've also mixed it into juices, teas, and even my morning coffee.

If you're good about taking the quarterly assessment, they'll adjust your formulas to your needs. So that's been nice.

I haven't had issues with customer support. It's fairly easy to email them and they get back quickly for me? It's also easy to login and pause for a month (I've only had to if I go on vacation).

Also a note on traveling: I was able to bring the bottle through TSA as a declared "liquid medication" in a separate plastic ziplock and encountered no further inspection or issues.

This Daily Harmony was recommended by my naturopath friend who does muscle testing on me. She said this would be a helpful product for me, and she was right. I need to be better about taking it daily, but I have noticed a difference in mental clarity and energy levels within the last month or so of taking it. The taste is earthy and subtle. I add it to sparkling water. This company also has excellent and timely customer service. I forgot to update my new address before my subscription went through. I emailed them on a Friday night and had a response first thing Monday morning that it was being delivered to my new address. Awesome! The Qi tea gift was also a nice bonus. I do recommend Elix. They seem like a very transparent company with good intentions. I am looking forward to trying their other products.

I am very grateful for the team of women at Elix! They are providing such a valuable resource in a very accessible way. Elix works. Nothing else (and I’ve tried it all) helped with my stage 3 endo pain. It was extremely severe and properly debilitating. Birth control made me depressed and didn’t cut the pain. Medical thc made me groggy and didn’t cut the pain. Very high doses of ibuprofen wrecked my GI track and didn’t cut the pain.

Then this wonderful women of color owned company blending eastern and western medicine finally worked. It’s given me my life back. Honestly, women’s health is woefully underfunded, women of color aren’t believed about our pain levels, bad information persists.

I’ve been using this product since the company was founded and it has given me my life back pain free. It also regulates the hormonal and mood symptoms which is a genuine relief. I love them 💕✨There’s no one else I trust with this.

Tried canceling several times. Couldn't login to my account so went through customer service. They didn't cancel my account and then I was charged again. There's no warning before you're charged. I've wasted hundreds of dollars on this company and I didn't use the products because my doctor told me not to. Felt tricked into paying way more than I wanted to. Really disappointed and lost trust and respect.

First off I would like to say I thank God for these products My physical health with literally be worse than what it is currently In my case I have my cycle balance formula more formulated for my rheumatoid arthritis I'm more concerned about that than my period My birth control takes care of that I would recommend everyone to give this a try when it comes to Chinese medicine it takes 3 months before you physically feel different If you double dose you should feel improvement in my personal opinion in one month otherwise if you don't double dose It will probably take close to 6 months before you feel a difference for the better I can say that on personal experience because there was a time where I couldn't double dose when I had to start over and it took close to 6 months for me to fill a difference now my health issues are severe but I have been consistent without any problems for the past 10 months despite the fact that I technically been using this for a year in a few months Yes these products are expensive The way I am able to afford these products I use Sezzle which I have the anywhere membership and I use Klarna so if it wasn't for these I would not be able to get these products so I am spending money I genuinely do not have because right now I am very low income but it is worth it because I'm not an excruciating pain to the point of screaming I mean that literally because I would scream That's how bad my period cramps are and my rheumatoid arthritis pain I can't even go to Western doctors for my rheumatoid arthritis in my case because it doesn't connect to my blood tissue so without Chinese medicine My body would be full of inflammation and I would just be going to a pain management doctor and just be pumped with pain medicine That's not going to do anything about my inflammation which also causes discomfort so I say this to say please give this a chance and please when you start off if they tell you to double dose If you can afford it even if you have to take out credit to do so please double dose your first 3 months because your body will start off healing faster I wish I could continue to double dose so I can feel just a little bit better I only double dose only on period days

Still going strong and adding on more products. I hope to replace all my vitamins and medications. These products have done more for me in these past 5 months or so than other medicines have done for me in years! The Elix team is kind, supportive and informative.
