Very prompt and courteous customer service. So far the products have Top notch, they taste a little bit like tea and after the first dose (I purchased the sleep elixir) I could tell there was a difference in how restful I felt the next day.

I’ve been using it for 2 month now and I’m not even on the month month regular time to feel the difference but I’m e already started to see them 2 month in can’t wait to see the 3 month and 6 month differences.

I suffer from endometriosis and pcos since my first period and doctors never knew or said anything until it was too late. Their only solution was get on birth control but the lowest dose because my body produces too much hormones. I got on it because I didn’t know better. My symptoms became worse and my organs became inflamed over time. I started doing research and the biggest advice I saw was to change my lifestyle. I kept reading I needed to practice a gluten and dairy free diet, meditation, journaling and daily exercise. I found Elix on instagram because as a I researched this new lifestyle, my algorithm changed. I began Elix and also started working with a holistic nutritionist that guided and informed me through this journey. After 6 months of working with her and being on Elix I wanted to try to get off of birth control but was scared because it mostly helped with my debilitating cramps(bedridden once a month) and heavy bleeding (that literally made me go pale). I incorporated more herbs and superfoods in my diet. I decided to take the leap and got off of birth control. In a month I got a painless, normal bleeding and normal length period(mine would last 7 or more days,always irregular and sometimes more than once in a month). Elix has helped me physically, emotionally and mentally. Elix offers a supportive community, resources, one to one with specialists and great products when no doctor would. The products are high quality, safe and healing. It is extremely hard to find all of that in a product. I know it may be expensive for some people but health is wealth. If you’ve tried everything and nothing worked, try this. You won’t regret it.

I've been using Elix for almost 4 months now and I've noticed a huge difference. I switched from O+ products because I didn't feel like they were addressing all of my needs as well as I wanted. The cycle balance has helped my period cramps stop entirely, and my mood improves with each cycle. My period is now closer to 6 days rather than 9 days, and I don't feel as crummy. The daily harmony is helping while I go through a liver detox and keeping me feeling more calm instead of anxious and stressed. I am an extremely busy person with a lot of responsibilities, and Elix has helped with my mental space a lot. Having a chinese medicine doctor to talk to about the things and meet with was a huge selling point for me. It feels like I get practical advice and feedback, and that they're on my care team.

Do NOT trust this company! They do not care about women’s health as much as they do making money. I tried to cancel an order literally minutes after I got a bank charge and they refused to refund me even though the product had not even been shipped! This type of scheme should not be allowed. Honesty is always best! The customer service is not good. The product is not worth the price. I used for 6 months with disappointment.

I have used cycle balance for two years now specifically in an effort to control hormonal acne. From the start of using the balance my face cleared up and remained that way. I was unsure if it was the product and after moving overseas I went two months without it and my face flared up again. The only bummer is that they cant ship to APO locations but I know that's out of their control so now I just make sure to stock up when I am back in the US! That being said I do wish there was more flexibility with individual pricing versus the subscription as it can be quite a significant difference.

Elix has changed my life - I didn't even know how much I was suffering from PMS before I tried elix to fix it. I use a the dose recommended between light and medium issues. My digestion issues are gone, I'm a new person. I needed this 10 years ago.

Really hopeful that this would work for my endometriosis - but I noticed no shift. The first time I met with Dr. Sarah, she recommended I do a double dose (more expensive), a daily tincture, and a sleep tincture. Sadly, none of them helped. After three months, I was willing to try more so I met w her again - she modified the custom tincture not at double dose and a different daily tincture. Noticed zero change. They luckily have made it easier to cancel but the first few times, cancelling was a nightmare. I'm super disappointed because I reached out to Dr. Sarah to say it wasn't working and I didn't know what to do and never got a response. So I cancelled. And now I will have a bunch extra money every month. I do wish it worked and I do work with herbal medicine. But this was not a good experience for me.
