I am SO grateful I found Elix. I had given up on western treatment as I was only offered birth control or pain meds for severe cramping. I’m off birth control because I’m trying to have children and prescribed 800mg of advil did nothing to help. Elix is the only treatment that helped relieve my cramps, anxiety, nausea, bloating, and tender breasts. Previously my periods lasted more than 7 days, now they only last 3! My PMDD and periods no longer dictate my ability to do daily actives. I cannot believe how well it works, I’ll be using Elix for life!

Elix Healing does not send reminder emails before charging your card, and their “pause” option is just a delay tactic. You cannot cancel your subscription outright — they only allow you to put it on hold for 6 months. After that, they charge you without warning, send a confirmation after the fact, and refuse to issue a refund, even though the product is supposedly “customized.”

Let’s be honest — the ingredients are clearly mass-produced and likely the same for most customers. Refusing refunds under the guise of “customization” is a convenient excuse to avoid accountability. This is not just unethical, it’s borderline predatory and may even violate consumer protection laws regarding subscription renewals and unauthorized charges.

I’m exploring legal options and filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and FTC. I urge others to be cautious — businesses like this thrive on sneaky billing and customer silence.

My pain and inflammation has decreased significantly. I no longer take 8 Tylenol a day or other pain killers. My joints aren’t sore and my skin has cleared.

They won’t let me cancel my subscription. They won’t respond to any of my emails. This is literally illegal and they won’t let me change my payment to stop receiving this.

The Elix team members have always been compassionate, proactive, and efficient. They are up front that the healing journey they support is NOT a quick one -- Chinese medicine is about fixing underlying damage, not patching over symptoms. If someone expects results in days or even possibly weeks rather than months, they're not being realistic about the depth of the healing process or paying attention to the descriptions of the medicine and its expected timeline.

That said, I have been taking the double dose of Cycle Balance and Daily Harmony recommended for extreme chronic dysfunction like PCOS, and I am finally, after 20 years of complete hormonal imbalance that was quite akin to intimate torture (I do NOT recommend oral contraceptives to just about anyone), finally coming to a natural rhythm and beginning to feel how my body works. And that's while still carrying a mountain of stress.

It took me a good couple years to reach that result, but Elix has been a key part of it, and I am so grateful I could cry.

I do also have some decent if anecdotal evidence that Elix was a key factor because the one time I stopped doing my double dose (to try and switch to the "just take it before your period" model), I went straight back to irregularity. When they say that PCOS heals best on a regular double dose, I believe they are correct.

When I read about Elix and how they provide specific to you herbal remedies, I was excited to try. They also use the “Women owned” a lot as in we want to help women we respect women so much! Well unfortunately not my experience after formulating my product I started to use it didn’t notice any difference, paused the service because they make it impossible to cancel your auto ship (also only way you can get access to their products) through managing your own account. You have to email them directly and beg to be let off the hook to pay them. Then they send an email back to try and “persuade you to keep paying them for something you’re not finding any benefit from. I don’t like how you feel trapped and cannot manage your own account. Just a warning to others.

I have PCOS; elix has helped decrease my bloating on and off my cycle as well as decrease the pain and clotting I experience during my cycle. After a month I seen a difference in bloating after 2 months I seen a difference in my cramps and clotting.

I suffer from debilitating pain during my menstrual due to Endometriosis & fibroids I started taking Elixir and my cycle has gotten shorter and the pain has decreased tremendously. Drops in my tea, or smoothies and I barely have to take pain meds. I used to have to take a pain killer almost 3xs a day.

I sought out solutions to my hormonal issues and period symptoms after coming off birth control I'd been on for nearly 15 years (HALF MY LIFE!). I was experiencing issues like loss of libido, mood swings, intense bloating and inconsistent quality of menstruation. After the first round (3 months of using Cycle Balance), my symptoms have drastically improved. My cycle is like clockwork, my sex drive is on its way back to normal (THANK GODDDD), and I don't feel like a stranger in my body. I also strongly recommend herbal teas that are formulated for TCM. Their bloom and balance was fantastic, but a bit expensive. I went to a local apothecary and was able to purchase a similar blend to help keep costs low, but plant medicine IS medicine. You have to look at what you're putting into your body to get results and heal it. It's a partnership, body can't do all the work for us, and is relying on us for the proper input, which Cycle Balance is a huge part of for me on my journey.

I did this all within one hour and thought if I emailed right away, I would be able to get the first order canceled because the first order was a mistake. However Elix team tells me they are unable to initiate a refund for the first order or any of the orders, even though I emailed them within the hour of the order and nothing has been shipped to me yet. This is outrageous and upsetting. This is stealing. This is $300 that is going to waste. I do not have the money for $300 and I need help.

I wanted to order 1 cycle bundle and 1 cycle balance to help with menstrual problems I have been having. I thought if I cancelled the first order within the hour of ordering it, I could get a refund.

3 months into using Cycle Balance I was able to get off birth control and my PMDD has decreased significantly. I had tried many antidepressants and was so depressed and anxious I could not function more then half the month. I feel this has already improved in just the short 3 months I have used the product. Along with headaches and some physical symptoms I suffer from. I can not say better things and I am so grateful to have my mental health back!

I really like their products. I have a lot of issues related to PMS and symptoms that suck. I eat pretty healthy, exercise, and get good sleep and was still having some pretty interruptive symptoms. When you follow Elix's protocol, their products REALLY DO WORK! Follow the instructions!! Their support team is really helpful and responsive to all the questions you have. I really do recommend working with them if you are a person who has a period. HIGHLY recommend.

I love Elix so much. I’ve used their Cycle Balance, Ginger Aide and Yin Time. The cycle balance helped my pcos and my cycles went from 70+ days to 35 (within normal range). The ginger aide helps with upset stomachs and headaches (I don’t even take Tylenol/advil anymore). The yin time is great for deep sleep and relaxation and stress. I can’t say enough how much I love this company and their products. I recommend to all my friends and family.
