First, there's a form if you want to cancel your subscription and I'm not allowed to save it here but I have one saved on my review for thingtesting under Elix.
No one should have to jump through hoops to do cancel a subscription. The subscription page makes it look like you can just cancel there but you can't. You have to email where someone will try to convince you to stay and then if you say no again, an email from someone else giving you the form. You also don't get a reminder email even though it's in their terms of service. It's tacky business.
The product itself is meh. I think it works for some but not others, but you wouldn't know because they aren't honest with posting their reviews. My review was never put up. There's plenty of supplements out there to try. DIM worked better for me.

This company is incredibly shady with their subscriptions. Once you sign up they don’t email you prior to charging you again (as is industry norm) and in order to cancel your subscription, they first make you email them and then make you fill out a four minute survey in order to complete what should be a 15 second task. They are also defensive in their email exchanges and it’s truly one of those companies that you just regret ever doing business with.

Update- The issue has been resolved, received my shipment
Update: The company resolved my complaint and not only replaced the shipment that I almost did not receive because it shipped nearly a month late but also sent the new bottle (free of charge). My family was traveling to Florida and I needed an extra bottle before we left home.
The products are amazing and I am thankful that this issue has been resolved. I have since then restarted my subscription now that we are back home.
My only suggestion would be to notify customers if there is a shortage of a product. I did not notice I had not received anything until maybe 3 to 4 weeks after my shipment should have arrived. Communication would have prevented any issues in this situation.
