been wearing Elsie & Fred for years now and it just always gets better, the clothing always make me feel so amazing and i forever get compliments when wearing it andddd I love everything the brand stands for <3

Quality is SO GOOD!! Sizing is amazing too, I'm a taller girl and the trousers fit me so perfectly unlike other brands that are always way too short. The styles are super unique cant get enoughhhh :D

Both the quality and the sizing is just really really bad. I've had 2 orders over the last year and I've had to return them both. They don't make returns easier either. The quality is so bad its worse than all the fast fashion brands put together... Worse than plt, boohoo all of them... But then they have the courage to sell them for the prices they do it just baffles me... Items like swimsuits that should have stretch to them have zero stretch making it near impossible to get on, and the same for a crop top which said 'one size' and when it came thru the post it looked like it was designed for a 7 year old the armpits holes were soo tiny. And I always were a standard UK 8. Also the size chart says UK 8 is XS but everything I bought in an XS didn't fit me. Its a shame cos some of the designs are really cool but it's just not worth it with the quality and sizing.

Just received the nostalgia top, and it´s amazing. Love their products and how they have a focus on the environment and fast fashion. Would definitely recommend!

I have gotten a good few items from here, some of the fittings are awful and they're not consistent . I also ordered two scrunchies, a top and matching bottoms, it took ages to arrive (I emailed twice to ask about the order and was ignored) and when it did it was missing a scrunchie. I then wrote again to say that my order was four items, not three and was ignored again. Horrendous customer service and incorrect items and inconsistent sizing. I have gotten some gems from here too though so I'm so disappointed with my treatment and my order. No excuse for ignoring emails.

I order all of my going out / festival clothes from Elsie & Fred and I have not had one purchase I’m unhappy with ! My body type is quite hard to find clothes that fit (6 foot and I wear a 32DD bra) but I’ve never found a sizing problem with any of their outfits!
I ordered several items in their Black Friday sale that took a little longer than their regular speedy service to arrive and when I emailed them to enquire I got a reply within less than twelve hours ! Couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly (thank you Amy !)

A brand that stands out from the rest, with completely unique and groovy styles. If you are looking for the ideal festival/ party clothes, or you just like unique fashion, this is the website for you. I have previously bought some co-ords from Elsie&Fred and the material used was comfortable and durable. I also bought a metallic pink swimming costume which was very chic, although if I have one criticism, for me personally, the costume was too short and I had to get the size up because I was too tall.So maybe this brand could work on their sizing? Maybe in the future by adding a tall range? As for the delivery of the clothes, they arrive in a really reasonable amount of time, and come in a neon green bag. Overall I would recommend this brand to anyone who likes to stand out in the crowd, and have good quality clothing for a fair price.
