PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANy - I bought a ‘silk’ blouse, which took over three weeks to arrive. The quality was extremely poor, lacked any substance for the price I paid. I asked for a refund, but they offered a small discount to keep the product.

The product was not worth keeping, but I paid almost £50 for this, and wanted a full refund. Postage to the USA was £20 and to date, over a month later no refund and absolutely no response to four emails. I provided proof of postage.

Wish i could post zero stars and that I had researched this company and read the poor reviews before pkacing my order.

Order took 17 days to arrive, material was a poor flimsy synthetic material not the cotton canvas described and the sizing was completely wrong.
To return the item i hsd to send photos with measurements of the jacket and somehow demonstrate the thickness of the material for them to "review".
I have not hesrd anything back since and this was 9 days ago.
The returns policy clearly states 30 day returns but I presume they are dragging their feet deliberately until the alleged return window has passed.
This company is obviously a sham so I have now raised a complaint with my credit card company.

Do not buy from this company , they are terrible!
The clothing you see is nothing like it when you receive it the pictures on the website are so deciving .
I order 3 coats and they all were rubbish. The customer service is terrible they wont respond to me ,looks like I've lost my money nearly £200.00.

I ordered a pair of trousers for £53 unfortunately they are nothing like the product was shown I've have been trying for a week now to return ,,,they have not got back to me even after several emails and telephone calls which they don't answer what a shameful company do not buy from them

The worst online company I have ever experienced and customer service is non-existent. The quality of the one item I ordered was awful. I ordered a jacket it was unlined, had unfinished seams, horrible quality. Tried to return it and did but they haven’t honored my return. Run don’t walk away from this company and the cheapest quality ever. Go to a second hand store. Do not buy from them they are a scam

I hope others checking Trust pilot for the validity of clothing supplier Emelia The Label. I bought a pair of trousers - spent some £25 - and what I got was beyond disappointing . The quality of the material - the sewing - the incorrect sizing reminds me a of a rag to wipe down a kitchen counter. I have never been so disgusted w any clothing supplier as this one. This is beyond ridiculous. I hope some AI Bot notices and warns everyone.

No stars if possible! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!
Now they are ignoring my emails as I have asked for a return label. It’s not a person who replies it’s an AI bot called Ruby who just repeats the same questions over and over again or says they can’t find the original order. I will never order from them again in fact it’s put me off online orders completely as I feel like I have been scammed!!

Poorly made, material cheap and sizing wrong, after numerous emails I was told to return to address in USA which is probably more than the product is worth which wasn’t cheap.

They now go by Amelia the Label. They will send you a HORRIBLE dupe (worth maybe $2) of the dress/item you ordered and tell you that the warehouse ran out and they made a mistake. It is no mistake, this is their scam. They will then tell you that you can return it for a refund, but that you are responsible for the return shipping and you should just take the 30% off. When you threaten to go through you credit card, they will offer you a larger discount and threaten to take their time with the challenge. That it would just be easier for you to take the discount. Then threaten to cut off speaking with you if you say this is "FRAUD" or that they are stealing your money.... which they are doing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You will not get what you ordered and they will steal your money. BUYER BEWARE!!!

The item I ordered arrived but was not the correct colour. I did not try it on . I have attempted to return it but been offered a 15% refund and an address in the USA for return if I want a full refund. With the vost of returning the item and the time it will all take I am worried that to spend the money on the postage will leave me even more out of pocket on a refund I might never see.
Would not touch this company again and wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered from them. Never again!

I wish I had read other reviews before I ordered with this company. Cancelled order immediately and have been given the complete runaround trying to get a refund.

The shirt arrived late. it was not as described in the advert. It was cheap fabric and very poor quality. They have been paid. There contact email for returns does not work. Their telephone number does not work. This site is a TOTAL SCAM and I am unlikely to get my money back without incurring more costs. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

These people are complete scam artists. I ordered a vest set and received a top that wouldn't fit my 8 year old granddaughter. When I attempted to return it, I was told that I had to send photos of the item sent and they "would review it." It's pretty clear that they have no intention of doing the right thing here. Do not do business with these people!

Awful quality and tried to return items, they would not reply to emails then after 2 weeks asked for photographic evidence !! They would not provide a returns address despite offering 30 day returns - avoid this company !!!

Please do not buy from this company.
Everything about them is a scam from quality of clothing, images used are fraudulent.
I asked to return an item $129.00
The shirt would cost $7.95 off temu.
They could only offered 10% of a refund. They delay every email I sent.
Or send shirt back and I cover all international fees, nothing on their website about restocking fee or genuine.

Please dont buy from this company unless you want to be ripped off.

Horrendous quality. I spent $100 and received a nearly sheer, fully polyester romper that I couldn't even put on because the fabric felt so horrible. I reached out to customer service to return this item I haven't even worn, and they are making me prove with photos that there's an issue. I bet they never let me return it. Scam company

The size I ordered was too tight in the chest. When I tried to return it, they asked me to send a picture of it on my body. When I told them it didn’t fit, they then asked for a picture of the shirt. They had my order number and the tag was on the shirt. Once I did that, in the third email, they told me they wouldn’t normally do a refund (can’t figure out why I wasn’t told this up front or it took a 3rd email) but they give me a one time refund if I paid the $24 shipping fee. The shirt wasn’t worth the shipping fee. They wasted my time and my money for a poor quality shirt. Not worth it

The worst experience I have ever experienced in a clothing website. Several emails when I wanted to return items. In fact impossible. I ended up giving up trying and accepted a 10% of the value. Loosing £70.

Poor quality. Didn't look like the ad. No opportunity for a refund.
