Do not use this company I have never known so much stress made me very unwell. Something should be done about so called companies like this. How can they be allowed to conduct themselves in such away. They do not reply to emails and if they do they refuse you refunds I did not receive my parcel it went to a different address which was nine of my neighbours. Who knows where it is and from the reviews what the hell was I going to expect. Please don’t use this site. They are disgusting.

Emilia Rose blazers which I purchased appeared under the Sportscraft name and consequently I accepted it as genuine only to find that Emilia Rose and not Sportscraft was the seller. Order was placed on 16th May and finally, after several EMails was finally delivered on 31st May.
Then found that sizing was wrong and quality was nonexistent. Today will be my 5th Email requesting a return address label to ensure I am conforming with their supposedly hassle-free return policy.
DO NOT UNDER ANYCIRCUMSTANCE USE THIS SITE

Do not order a dress from this company. The material is poor, the size is wrong and when I have asked for the return address they offered me discounts of the next purchase. I still do t have a return address and I doubt will see ever a refund.

Disgusting should be banned, won’t take returns, will give 15% off for and item that doesn’t fit , SCAMMERS

Terrible quality and fit. Nothing like pictures and refund policy is a joke!

Do not buy from them, I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing, the Jacket looked nothing like what was advertised, the Jacket received looked like it was made poorly, no lining, just absolute shocking, a company who uses "Emilia Melbourne: should be not be using Emilia Melbourne as a trading name, it should be sued!! Do not buy from them at all costs. They were so quick to reply when I was chasing my purchase, with their continuous lies and excuses, honestly how they can scam innocent online shoppers is disgusting.

Very disappointed. It is a cheap copy of the one in the photo. Neck line doesn't lay flat , the back is not the same and the hem is uneven. I could have made it better myself.

IF YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY, GIVE IT TO CHARITY INSTEAD. DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY IS STRESSFUL AND FRUSTRATING. I SAW AD ON FB BUT THEY DON'T GIVE REVIEWS. FOOLISHLY ORDERED A BLOUSE, EXPENSIVE AT £44 BUT TURNED OUT TO BE AN ILLFITTING, BADLY MADE TEMU. THEY MUST BE RAKING THE MONEY IN WITH FOOLS LIKE ME BUYING ONLINE!

Doesnt ship within the time frame given, tooks weeks for garments to arrive. Definitely not an Australian company as the website says. Any email replies are sent during the night.
Dresses are not the good quality they appear.
Despite 'easy returns, no questions asked ' as specified on the website, they are asking me to send photos or videos of measurements on the dresses so they can better understand how I'm not happy with them!!! Any hope of seeing a refund is disappearing rapidly...

what you eventually get sent isn’t the size / colour you order, and like other reviews they offer to send you more items at your further expense. They expect you to pay returns to China and when the parcel gets to customs in Shanghai they refuse to send the courier the documents needed to release the item for return.
They are scammers of the worst type.

Gave 5 stars so it goes to the top. Emilia Clothing Co. is a complete scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. After reading several reviews on this site, I can see that I’m just one of many who has been scammed. At least they only got $50 out of me. Just to fill you in, I did receive the clothing item, but they make it next to impossible to return ( I didn’t like the fit or color). They just kept offering discounts towards my next purchase. When I finally told them I’d filed a claim with PayPal, they emailed a return form…to be sent to China. Lol. I’m getting off this crazy train now. Good luck out there - avoid this company!

Avoid ordering from this company at all costs. I ordered a dress months before the event I needed it for. When it didn’t come within the first two months I reached out by email. I did get a response with no promises of an arrival date. When I asked for a refund because the dress didn’t arrive in time, I was told that wasn’t possible. That was August 2025. It is now April of 2026 and despite multiple attempts to find out why my dress never arrived and reporting Emilia the Label to the Better Business Bureau, I’ve had no resolution.

I wouldn’t even give it one star deserves zero. Still have never recieved the dress I ordered , they have never replied to any of my emails. Terrible scam.

I ordered a dress in late June 2025 and it’s now January 2026 and it still hasn’t arrived. I had to follow up with my bank. Many many emails were sent to the brand, with no reply. It’s definitely a scam website. Please avoid at all costs!

I ordered a sweater and got some shiny polyester screen printed replica. Awful quality and so ugly!!!

I ordered a dress for my birthday and it did eventually arrive weeks later. The dress was awful quality and clearly was not the same dress they'd stolen the picture of. I have been in an email dispute back and forth for over a month and had to fight to get them to refund me 70% of the purchase price. I decided to settle for this because they were refusing to give me a full refund unless I sent it back to China at my own expense. I believed this was made in Melbourne and should have checked. Once I decided I'd take the 70% so that I'd at least get something back, they said the 30 day window had closed and I was entitled to nothing. I will continue to fight them on this given the dress was completely different as pictured. Do not buy from this company.

Do not order from this website. I ordered a dress back in August for my 60th birthday in October now it is December and I am still waiting on my dress. Only ever got one response to my many emails. I don't expect to ever receive this item and when I called the bank they said this was a legit company and they couldn't treat it as a scam.. Go figure.

Never received my dress and tried many attempts of contacting the business but have not had any response. This website is a scam!!!
