I’ve dealt with a lovely gentleman called Sam Lee, he was a real life saver yesterday, I was trying to book a flight for my daughter who is young and never flown before. Sam was an absolute star in helping arrange her flight, what a credit to your company :)

Husnain was my first point of contact. I made several phone calls and he was very patient, polite and understanding. He found the best deal for me and was very efficient with his emails. He is an assest to your agency and I would definitely book again and also recommend

From start to finish, my experience booking a flight on Qatar airways was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding assistance provided by Yahya. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and efficient in helping me book my ticket to India. His professionalism and dedication truly made the process seamless and enjoyable. Yahya made sensible suggestions in advising flexible travel dates to get the best deal. I won't say how many times I called Yahya, suffice it to say, Yahya was extremely patient. I'm grateful for his assistance and will be booking my flights to India using the same method. Beyond exceptional. Thank you Yahya.

Husnain was very patient, very informed, very polite and good humoured. Two phone calls totalling nearly an hour. We had had many problems getting our ticket booked and our payment verified; it was good to have his help in overcoming these obstacles. And he also found us a cheaper option than the one we had been unable to confirm before we got his help! And he thanked us for our cooperation!!

Very professional kind and considerate

I bought my ticket from Husnain.
He was so patient and helpful friendly.
Helped me as much as he could.
For that reason I am giving him 5*****
And I will recommend him to my friends and family.

I am writing a review once again for PETER.. My mum had a problem with her ticket and Peter was off for a week, as soon as he came back to office he sorted out the ticket.. He called me straight away and helped with empathy!! I will always deal with Peter in future and will recommend him to all family and friend's..

My trip to the Gambia went perfectly, no problems what's so ever. Peter was a fantastic agent and I will definitely be using him for future journey's. He went above and beyond to help while I was in transit. I wouldn't use any where else now

Sharoon was always there to assist whenever I needed assistance or explanation. Great service👌👌.
