Many years I have been with SAM LEE of Emenac travels agents, I found him very helpful to arrange air tickets and carry out all my travelling requirements satisfactorily. I sincerely recommend Sam Lee for all your travelling needs

Travelling is such a stressful situation for anyone who needs information and good prices and most importantly a good experience. Sam Lee is just the right agent for taking the stress off. He is patient and very calm and his politeness is out of this world. He listens and answers any Questions you have.
Sam Lee is the right agent for the perfect booking. I always book the tickets through him for my Nan and Sam always makes sure that she travels well and relax.
I am very pleased with his work ethics. He even does the follow up to check if everything went smoothly.
I will definitely recommend Sam Lee to anyone looking for the best experience of dealing with travelling- buying tickets - arranging support for an elderly person etc…..

Helpful, honest and always courteous. Sam's the man, I agree. A pleasure to do business with. I shall certainly use his services again.

Mr Sid has been an excellent customer service provider. He has helped me enormously to change my ticket booking and move it to around Christmas time, which was a big hassle. He also assured me to contact him any time regarding flight booking to any country/ any airlines. I will definitely contact him in future.
All the best, Mr Sid! And thanks again for your wonderful service.

Sam the travel consultant managed to get tickets for myself, my son and his family by BA to Bangalore at the last minute and also within our budget. He also sorted out the seats. We had a trouble free journey to and fro thanks to Sam's effort. He also stayed behind after his office hours to sort out many things as it was last minute booking during peak holiday season. At every stage there was communication between us by WhatsApp which made me relaxed and happy. I wouldn't hesitate to use Sam's travel agency again in the future. A trustworthy company. I wish him all the best.
Mrs. Menon

Peter was helpful, he assist us in booking our flights and help us in checking in. All in all he is very reliable.

Since booking a flight earlier this year, I returned to Sam in July to book a flight for my father. Sam got me a very competitive price and I was happy I hung on for his call back, as it was worth it. I be contacted Sam again last Friday and he again was so helpful and I booked with him. Thank you for your patience and service.

I have decided to write this review as I have had an amazing service from Sid, he meant Bussinees and he is well on top of things , he makes sure to answer the phone immediately and if the phone is busy he then calls you back shortly until they resolve our query and to get the best rate and flight option for you , it was my first experience and I was needed a flight for Dubai using them for booking my wife’s flight with my 16 months old son and Sid was just wonderful he understood the nature of our journey as my family going with out me and I would be expecting a smooth journey of my family flying without me.
He also manage to get me the leg space seats for my wife and a baby cot front seat for my son. He was constantly on the phone till 7pm with us until he assured us and send a ticket on email .
I forgot to mention we did asked him to change the return date very much changed our mind just before he was going to print the ticket , he is so polite and didn’t say a word and changed the return date with out any extra cost.
I would recommend him on top of the list and he is honest works hard to get you the best price .
Thank You Sid.

We were looking for an airline’s customer service number, to make a few changes to an existing booking, we put in one wrong digit and led us to Peter. He helped us with that particular issue, and is now our go to person for all our flight bookings. Spending amounts of time online trying to find best flight deals is now a thing of the past! He has just recently booked flights for our upcoming holiday, Thank you so much Peter!🙏
