This is fake - the shoes are the same shoes as on a Chinese fraudulent site so beware

Ordered shoes last Tuesday n they taken the money n still no email or shoes ,I’ve emailed them 5 times since last Thursday no reply at all how do I get in contact with them?

Ordered dress today and hopefully looking to receive for a planned beach party in a week, looking forward to wearing it!!

To be fair having since read trustpilot I have been a little worried but I’ve been communicated with throughout from placing my order to now the tracking information from the courier. The tracking states two days; which is rather quick, so this remains to be seen. There are some grumbles about £4.95 being added for “insurance”. No idea what this entails and I’ve kind of seen it as postage. I would like this refunded though as I did not consent and British consumer rights are opt in not opt out regarding additional fees and charges. However, good communications for a very affordable pair of shoes. Let’s hope they’re half decent when they arrive.
