Hello Shahul,
Don't lose hope, winning can happen anytime! In fact, some players have won on their first try, while others have won after playing consistently. Every draw brings a new opportunity, and you never know—your lucky moment could be just around the corner!
I strongly advise against using this…
I strongly advise against using this platform. My experience has been nothing short of disappointing and deceptive. Since January, I have submitted multiple withdrawal requests totaling less than 1500 AED. As of today, I have not received a single dirham.
Despite assurances from one of their representatives—who asked me to wait an additional 15 days—I’ve seen no progress. The so-called “millionaire announcements” are nothing but a marketing gimmick. It’s clear now that this platform is designed to extract money from users under false pretenses.
I am currently preparing to take legal action. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away. Do not buy, do not invest, and most importantly, do not trust. ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS HERE ARE FAKE, TOTALLY FAKE WHERE THESE BASTARDS PAY TO MAKE THE REVIEW

Lost 50 AED which went into their UPI…
Update: After 4-5 emails, and after 20 days of waiting, finally the Amount has been added to my Wallet. Though the folks seem to be genuine, Customer Support has been extremely slow.
Original Issue:
Lost 50 AED which went into their UPI account, but not credited into MyWallet.
Using UPI option --- this was removed later from their Website not sure why -- paid 50 AED. The money got deducted from my Bank Account, but when tried to add this amt to MyWallet using the UTR 80.....52678, the page threw error, and nothing happened. I mailed at-least 3-4 times, 2 times they simply ignored / said it was in Process. Finally, they replied the money was not added due to failed transaction and asked me to send Bank Statement. Since I got skeptical whether they are really taking care about Customer's money, and seeing complaints about they are not paying Prizes in-time, I did not reply.
