Claiming prize takes too long
To claim winning prize takes too long as it requires maximum of 90 days to review. I think it is better if they shorten it to 2 weeks to review and release. What is the benefit of winning this draw if we cannot received prize easily, right??? I sent series of emails to verify my withdrawal status but no reply till date. Need to improve your service for easy and better transaction to both parties.
