As advertised on their website, I ordered a white blouse with embroidery. It looked beautiful in the picture. I received a dirty white(light grey) blouse with no embroidery. Very deceptive. Do not order from this company!!!!

BEWARE!!!!! Not leather. No leather at all on the purses, sandals or boots. Company offers 15% refund only and tells you it is to help the environment. They do not offer full refunds when you realize there is no leather items. They also ignore your emails. They claim a huge sale because of going out of business but this is false. It is a scam. Stay away from Emma Quebec. Items arrive in ziploc bags. Very cheap products made of vinyl and plastic. They know how to cheat the credit card companies because even the credit card refuses to accept the dispute.

Je viens de me faire prendre!!!! Je suis tellement fâchée!!! Ce sont des trucs envoyés de la Chine !! Rien a voir avec du vrai cuir! Je demande un remboursement et il me disent de garder les sacs par un souci environnemental. ils veulent me donner 15 % sur les produits alors que j’ai demandé à me rembourser !!! Non mais c’est rire du monde!!! Je vais transmettre les infos à l’OPC

They steal pictures from the original manufacturer cutting the head of the models and send you a very cheap version of the garment. Horrible!

And then they publish lies about the company closing and so much more crap.

I can’t believe these scammers.

You won't receive what you paid for. First time I don't check if a Cie is legiit and it will sure be the last! Take the time to check on Trustpilot or Google.
FRAUDE! PAS DU VRAI CUIR! ENVOYÉ DE CHINE. EXTRÊMEMENT MAUVAISE QUALITÉ.
Ne vous faites pas avoir, taper le nom de l'adresse internet dans Trustpilot ou Google.

The articles received are far from leather it’s plastic!! They answered my emails before I received the order BUT after I received my order and saw the PLASTIC PURSES I immediately asked for a refund….THEY ignored my 6 emails!!! Will call my credit card company and make a complaint with the fraud Quebec

Thief’s !! GET A REAL JOB instead of stealing from hard working innocent people

Purchased from this site thinking it is real - product arrived in extremely poor condition, poor quality - not at all or even close to the photos (purchased "denim" that came as a very very thin cheap fabric). When I emailed the customer service they simply ignored me, although on the site it says "easy refunds and returns". I am being ignored and now stuck...going to have to contact y credit card as this is a scam - avoid this website!!!!! SCAM!!!
