Ordered a coat, the coats material was poor quality. Tried contacting the company to arrange returning the item for refund several times and I have had no reply.

Would have preferred zero stars option as more reflective of my feelings. Terrible product. Misleading advertising. No response to requests for refund on multiple email addresses. Clearly am not going to secure a refund. Warning: do NOT purchase from this website

Do not shop on this website! Poor quality items and refusal to refund - just offers of more poor quality items at a discount. Avoid - misleading easy returns - impossible returns and refunds - they are stealing your money …. There is no refund for goods which have to be sent overseas - they will disappear, you will have paid for return postage to China and you will not receive a refund! DO NOT SHOP ON THIS SITE - there is NO customer service or refund!

Scam! Like others keep being offered credit instead of sending a return!

Items nothing like photos. Website says full refund but they only offer store credit.

Finally got a return address and it's a warehouse in China despite the website saying USA.

Terrible quality items, nothing like the pictures. Trying to currently get a refund however the company is offering a store credit for the amount for the item rather than a refund!

They offer full refund yet don’t tell you that the cost of return to the USA or wherever they are makes it prohibitive. The goods claimed to be Gabor - I checked with them - and I take a UK 9 - checked sizing with them. They are not Gabor - cheap rubbish and they are about a size 6. Honesty is the best way they can improve. In fairness they offered a 70% discount on a new order but that’s not going to happen.

I have asked for refund and confirmation of return address. They are avoiding the issue and keep offering discount up to 45% and for me to keep shoes which are too small!!! They do not have any dignity or any morals.
I will continue to ask for refund but not confident at all and resigned to losing my money

This company is a total scam, Please don't purchase, High prices for items that are not as described. Photos of items look very legitimate, but items are cheap and very poor quality
The refund policy does not exist.

This store is a scam. Horrible quality and wrong sizes. The site says free 30 day refunds, but that is a lie. The junky merchandise is sent from China and they ignore all emails to the email they provide for the supposed returns. Do not waste your money on this site!!!!

J’ai commandé un chemisier pimpant et reçu un infâme maillot en polyester.Publicité mensongère.
Voulant retourner cet article, je me suis heurtée à des atermoiements et des refus répétés. En fin de compte EmmaClaire a communiqué l’adresse de retour…qui se trouve en Chine. Or, dans sa publicité elle se vante d’un retour facile. Deuxième mensonge et grave celui-ci !
Je voudrais mettre en garde les utilisateurs potentiels de ce site et leur conseille vivement de s’abstenir.

Emma Claire. Emma Thomas. Emma Mae. All these are the same people in china scamming people all over the world. False narrative on website. No returns no money back. Clothes are worse than rags. Shocking the shop and shopify allows scammer to use their platform. AVOID YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Achat de 2 robes sur le site Emma Claire Hamphtons pour un montant de 130 € environ.
Livraison relativement rapide, robes de qualité correcte mais trop petites.
Donc demande de retour avec remboursement.
C est la qu apparaît la boutique Thomas boutique pour bien embrouiller les clients
Mails à répétition avec différentes propositions de crédit, mais pasde remboursement possible.
Demande d un formulaire de retour, aucun n' arrivera.
Demande adresse de retour pensant que ça serait proche de New York.
Eh bien la surprise c est en CHINE.!! avec l avertissement comme quoi les colis peuvent être perdus.
Nous abandonnons et allons signaler tout ça à la DGCCRF.

Attention, fuyez absolument ce site !
Derrière une fausse adresse américaine au Wyoming (30 N Gould St) se cache un réseau opaque de dropshipping qui vend des produits bas de gamme venus de Chine au prix fort.
Ce site possède d'ailleurs une boutique jumelle appelée Claire Thomas Boutique pour piéger deux fois plus de monde.
Le service client est totalement incompétent et mélange les dossiers des clients (on m'a parlé d'une commande de chaussures alors que j'ai acheté une robe ici).
Pire encore : en cas de rupture de stock, cette enseigne refuse d'abord le remboursement et tente de vous forcer à accepter un avoir ("crédit magasin" de 100%), ce qui est strictement ILLÉGAL en France (Article L216-7 du Code de la consommation).

J'ai dû menacer de poursuites judicières et de chargeback bancaire avec ma carte Revolut pour qu'elle cède et me rembourse enfin.

Ne vous laissez pas faire et n'achetez rien chez elle !

Im afraid like others have said, this business is disingenuous. I tried to cancel my order within hours because the payment/receipt was in a different name and it set a red flag for me. I was advised I could not cancel because the item has been dispatched. It wasn't actually dispatched for at least a week after that. The quality of the dress I purchased was terrible thin and poorly sewn, it doesn't resemble what is on the website. The barriers to return are quite unbelievable. This has been a massive learning curve, hence taking time to review.

Mais, Pas de Fiche de retour, retour à vos frais et très coûteux,et on vous prévient : les colis se perdent souvent. On vous propose d'abord 10% de rabais pour compenser un retour sur un nouvel article, puis 20%, puis 30,40 et jusqu'à 70%.
Mais une expérience suffit ! FUYEZ !Et méfiez vous de ces nouvelles entreprises au nom bien français ou anglo-saxons qui sont en réalité des Chinois qui vous fourguent des vétements bas de gamme à prix très élevés.Un
