From start to finish
From start to finish. I have been 100% satisfied with the the service and communication I received from this company. Today one of their technicians came to my house to replace a whole leather side arm on our sofa, James Saunders completed the job in a professional manner and was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. All round excellent experience.

I waited nearly a year to get my chair…
I waited nearly a year to get my chair fixed. Nothing to do with Emmiera. This company was fantastic I had them out 3 times trying to get my furniture company to sort out a manufacturing fault. Emmiera gets 5 stars from me for their professionalism, contact and work that was eventually allowed to go ahead.

Amazing service and experience. I was hesitant at first I must admit as I thought you might side with the company over the customer.
The repair job was second to none and the manner and professionalism in which he conducted himself was really reassuring after a really poor experience with the company we purchased the damaged sofa from.

A very good service
The gentleman was very polite and respectful of the property removing his shoes and using protective covering while working on the chair. He did an excellent repair and cured the problem using his initiative and professionalism. We were kept well informed by the company and would recommend them.

Kevin turned up promptly at the time he said he would. They got to work immediately to fix the broken tuft in our mattress. They were polite and knowledgeable they finished the job and left the room tidy. Very courteous. Excellent service
