Wish id read these reviews before ordering. An trying to arrange a return and ref7nd but have had no response to any of my communications.

Also their website states that all products are shipped from the UK, But the tracking info shows that it ships from China.

Didn’t receive my order and the company still hasn’t responded to any of my emails. It’s a scam. Wish I’d found these reviews before I placed my order. Don’t buy from this company.

Didn’t receive my order and no response despite multiple emails. Update: After contacting via social media I did finally get a response and my alarm arrived today. It’s a gift for a relative so can’t comment on how good or bad it is but it was very hard to get response from this company and I’m afraid I would not recommend

Ordered just before the restock date and arrived about a week after the restock. No complaints at all.

Maybe the other people were unlucky or I was lucky. Who knows. But purchased for my wife for when she’s out running. Seems well made.

Ordered 3 alarms for my daughters. One arrived faulty. No response to my 4 emails to customer service. I have also made attempts to contact the company via social media. (They just delete any comments). Terrible customer service and disgusting that they would provide unsafe alarms that don’t even work when you need them - So much for protection!!

My order turned out to be backordered. After weeks of waiting, I contacted them to cance,l and they ignored me.
They eventually shipped the order I asked to cancel, but they never answered emails. Emailing or contacting them is a waste of time.
Not recommended.
Would never buy from them again.

Ordered two weeks ago, I've emailed twice chasing them with no response. I've now given them notice that I want a refund or will be going to the financial ombudsman and trading standards. Think this company is a scam.

Update 11/8 after claiming a refund through my bank and sending the notification of legal action I got an impersonal email within hours cancelling my order. Turns out they are real, just inept. "Obsessed with customer service"?!?!?!?

I placed an order with this company for three alarms a month ago. I never received the order. I have emailed them on numerous occasions without any reply. I never received the alarms. I did request a refund, never received a reply. Be wary as this company, is not reliable.

Scam company do not buy from them! Email address doesn't work, just bounces back. Took 6 weeks to deliver alarms by which time to late and unable to return as their email address doesn't work. AVOID!!!!

Absolute crap. No delivery. No response to multiple emails. ,DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They say they are obsessed by customer service. WHAT A JOKE. Am raising with my bank for a refund.

I really want to like this company. The idea is so needed. I bought an alarm a couple of years ago for me and a friend as we both were walking alone after work to cars etc. My one died after very little time. So I reached out to them and they did send am immediate replacement. However this died super quickly as well. What's the point in these if you can't guarantee they'll work? The material is also impossible to keep clean. It looks super grubby I've tried to clean it many times. A pity as I wanted to support this little business.

I ordered when I got mugged - never arrived. Was only when I notified my bank I got a refund after months.

I purchased 3 x Gen 1 alarms at a cost of £60. Upon arrival they appeared to be good quality and were indeed VERY loud. However, upon attaching to my dog walking bag and town handbags, I found the alarms would go off at random times, causing shock and embarrassment. It happened so much, that I had to stop using them. The pin releases too easily when you are just walking around and the whole alarm falls to the ground, creating a scene (when you don't want it to!). They are not fit for purpose. I contacted customer service and they did kindly send out ONE replacement, however, the replacement of course had the same issue as the other 3, so it was pointless. £60 is a lot of money to have wasted. All alarms on the market appear to be the same and have the same design flaws, so in spite of this company's claims that their alarms are "different" and finally decent, it appears this is untrue. Just more marketing BS to prey on the fears of the vulnerable for profit. Mass produced and over-priced Chinese junk like all the rest.

This personal alarm is not fit for purpose. Very weak sound and light. Would not recommend to buy. Same as cheap alternative from eBay but 5 times more expensive.

They were good until they weren’t. I had good experience with their support before, but when I contacted them last month I received no answer at all, and I tried different ways. The alarm goes off at random times, it’s unusable and I don’t know how to dispose of it.

Went off several times so now I don’t carry it as I have to find it and put the top on it and it’s really embarrassing when it goes off in the middle of work ect

Exactly what the other 2 reviewers are saying ….ordered beginning of October STILL haven’t received my order 2 months later!….no response to emails and I know they’ve seen my Instagram messages but haven’t replied!….now to go through the palaver of opening a case through PayPal to get my £50 back! What a con…..avoid at all costs! 🤬😤

Just shockingly bad.

Husband purchased 2 alarms in Feb 23. One failed after 3 months - keeps going off all the time for no reason.
This company has no phone number. It doesn’t respond to website comments. It did reply to a negative Facebook book review but did nothing at all to resolve the problem.
I have nothing good to say about this company or its products. Avoid.
