brought a couple items from Chuu and asked them to hold my order and ship it on the 27th of January. They promised they would but it's now February and my order is still waiting to be shipped and they stopped replying to my emails. Now I'm wondering if I've been robbed.

Update. It was the Korean New Year and that's why they were not able to answer my emails. Chuu really does have excellent customer service and will answer all of your questions. I received my first package from them today and I'm not disappointed. The clothes are well made and are of high quality. I'm a little sad that the top I ordered is delayed but they said they will notify me as soon as possible when it is back in stock and ship it immediately.

This is my first time with Chuu - I just give them a try since 30% off during Christmas day was somewhat interesting!!! It was fast shipping and I got my pacakge withina week or so. I was surprised on how they packaged their clothes!!! It was totally careful, sturdy, and "with care". I can tell this based on the plastic bag outside and the wrapped bag inside the items! I was so so so happy and could not wait to open the bag! All items are 100% same as picture on their website, same as described, and "no smell" (you'll notice this if clothes come not in good quality). There was no fabric smell at all, nor extra paper inside your clothes just tp separate it! I will reorder and so far happy with my purchases.

Took a while to arrive due to the package getting stuck in customs, but that isn't the fault of Chuu, just my country's slow postal system :')
The packaging is like any other clothing store, I also ordered a pair of earrings and they were packaged in a cardboard box with bubble wrap, everything arrived in perfect condition!
I was really happy the clothing fit very well, the sizing information on the website is very accurate! I'm always worried when ordering clothing online because of my body shape, I have pretty wide thighs and hips but a very slim waist and arms so it can be difficult to know which size to pick. But all pieces fit just perfectly :)
Everything was of great quality as well, I will definitely buy from Chuu again! :)

As a Korean woman, I used to wear a TON of Korean clothes as a kid growing up in KTown in LA. The department store ended up closing there and for the longest time I was wearing those cheap F21 and thrift store clothes. One winter I actually spent shivering in my old, raggedy long sleeves and ripped up jeans. I finally had a lightbulb go off in my head and decided to search for a site that sold clothes made in Korea, then I stumbled upon Chuu. I really wish they had a store here in the USA!! I've bought probably $500 worth in clothes the past year. I do wish that they had more clothes made in Korea/made by Chuu since the quality of those compared to the clothes made in China is vast. All of my China-made clothes from there are now either falling apart or the fabric has become too rough for me to wear.

Most of their styles are not something I would wear, but they definitely look nice and cute for practically any occasion. I actually bought my very first winter jacket from there, and I gotta tell you, apart from the fact that it was reversible, it was the only jacket I've worn my entire life that kept me warm this past winter. I went on a road trip with my family and they were all shivering in the 38º windy weather except for me (I was practically sweating lol).

I've tried a couple of their jeans (I haven't tried out their OG 5KG ones yet) and yes, there are some issues with measuring but at least it ran big; those are easily fixable with a belt. I cannot afford to dry clean so I just throw them in the washer/dryer as usual and they come out looking like new. The quality is definitely there. Try their winter jeans if you haven't already! Warm but not too sweaty warm.

I don't know what you did with your FanFanChuu line but please bring back the foam cleanser! Literally can't live without it

Chuu undervalued my parcel that was sent to the UK, and DHL therefore had to send the parcel back. However after emailing chuu’s customer care multiple times I have still not got any response in regards to where my parcel is now, and whether or not they will try to send it again, this time with the correct value so that DHL can deliver it to me.

Not only do they have amazingly cute clothes, they also have one of the best customers service ever.
It's my forth order with them and as always I am super happy, they took the time to get along with me when I needed help.
The only negative point is the fact that most of the pieces are only available in one size.

It took a while to get to my house (understandable because its a Korean store) but it was well worth the wait and the packaging was super cute

My second experience with Chuu was decent. The denim skirt and -5KG jeans were of okay quality, but the sweater I ordered was pretty scratchy and thin and not worth it for the price. However, the shipping was much faster considering it came all the way from Korea! It took only 4 days. Like someone else had mentioned, it really is a hit or miss with your items. However, you can definitely trust Chuu to deliver your items quickly.

Even though it shipped from korea, my package only took around 5-7 days to arrive, I bought a few items and they were all good quality, maybe a few loose strands but they weren't that evident. I bought a pair of jeans in a size s, and they didn't really fit me without a belt, but that was probably my fault for not reading the sizing chart, which you should do because asian sizing is different from western sizing. The website is pretty easy to navigate as well ^^

A bit of a hit or miss but I still buy from them all the time. Most products are decent quality, but you will sometimes get the odd product that doesn't feel as nice or has a weird shape. Bought this top that did not hold after the first wash even after following instructions. It was super cute before and felt good quality so I was disappointed I couldn't wear it anymore, especially since it was so expensive. Even so, some products are really great and I wear them frequently.

That being said, the customer service is really good and replies are always quick and polite. Items this time during COVID took around 3 weeks to arrive, but previous orders were faster. I will continue to be a customer since the clothes are so cute :)

hello im a fashion student in malaysia and i love Chuu i had been to korea and bought some of your clothes and i am wondering could you explain the history of chuu brand? and the founder? i want to make a presentation for my university project thank you ~ nice to chat chuu ✨

I didn’t experience any problems with Chuu really. Their customer service is pretty good and they reply pretty quickly compared to some companies that reply to me days later. The shipping was also pretty quick (coming from South Korea to California) taking about 5 days. I’m sure you know this already but I’m just going to say it, PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK YOUR SIZING. It’s pretty obvious because it’s all Asian sizes, I get it. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size. I’m not going to take off any stars because it was simply my fault. Something I didn’t know about Chuu was that they have different manufacturers ? I previously bought a plain pleated skirt from Chuu in my normal size (a US size small) and it fit perfectly. However this time when I bought a different pleated skirt in a size small (Strawberry Milk sweet girl skirt) I could barely get it past my thigh and I couldn’t even get the side to zip up. The tag on the sweet girl skirt says Chuu on it while the other pleated skirt I previously bought says joyshop on it. If you’re thinking of purchasing the strawberry milk sweet girl skirt, just know that a small would probably fit you if you’re a xxs-xs. It’s even smaller than a pleated skirt I bought from Brandy Melville last year, and their clothing is already pretty petite. I planned on returning the strawberry skirt however due to high international shipping fees (the post office gave me an option to pay $40-$99 usd to ship a skirt that weighs a few ounces to Korea lol). You should also know that you get store credit instead of an actual refund which wasn’t really going to be an issue for me because I like their clothes a lot haha. From now and forward though I guess when I buy the wrong size again I’m going to have to sell them which isn’t necessarily a bad thing either.

I was a bit tentative at first, because I'd never ordered from Chuu's website and it was a little messy to navigate, but I was amazed by how quickly the order came and how attentive the staff are. I submitted a query and got a response within two days, and they are willing to accomodate. I used to buy my Chuu clothing from Yesstyle, but realised buying it directly from Chuu's official website is way cheaper and quicker (often almost half the price including currency conversions!). Quality of the clothes are always great- definitely my new go-to site for K-fashion!

Wow! I am so impressed, shipping was a bit high but that’s to be expected with shipping overseas but I am in love with this company- took only 3- 4 days to ship to U.S, and tracking the package was easy. I bought just a mask but it is very good quality and very cute. ☺️ Will shop here more and highly recommend this place!

Awesome delivery! I asked Chuu if they could deliver it before May 25th, and it already was here on the 18th. They also update you a lot with tracking information and I received my package within 1,5 week. I’m really happy and it’s soooooo good! Thank you :)

I've shopped here many times and the quality is great! Shipping is super fast and the customer service is good. the only problem I've ever had with any of CHUU's items was a small sewing mistake on a dress i bought, but i was able to easily fix with a pair of scissors. I also love that they offer multiple sizes which is something many Asian clothing stores don't have.
Overall a very good brand to shop at!

This is more of a 3.5 rather than a 4 star review. I'm really happy with the quality and the look of the bras (they look exactly like the images), but both underwears had a hole / tear in them so that was a downside. Customer service was also good at keeping me updated and my items arrived quickly when they were shipped.

What I am disappointed about is that my items were sent seperately on different dates, meaning I had to pay the import duty twice. 2 of my items were facing delay issues so my first item was sent early, but I would have preferred if it was sent later with all my items together. Since they were sent seperately I had to pay the doubled amount of £36.20 for the import charge on top of the cost of my order, which is more than how much my items cost individually. I wish I was asked if I wanted my items to be sent separately or together. That way I could have avoided the unnecessary additional cost of £18.10.

Additionally, I ordered 3 items initially but the 3rd item was still facing severe delay issues so I was given the option to cancel it and informed that even if I didn't cancel it there was a possibility it could be cancelled later on if the delayment issue with the manufacturer continued. I actually wanted the item but I cancelled it because I didn't want it to be sent in a third seperate package and have to pay the import duty a third time which would have made the overall import charge £54.30. This could have been avoided if they were all sent together at a later date. Again, I wish I was asked if I wanted them shipped seperately or together. I am however happy my refund for the third item arrived quickly after I cancelled the order.

Overall, despite the inconveniences I experienced I really like the products (excluding the underwear) and customer service was great. I wanted to order from Chuu again since there are other items on the website that I like, but I'm not certain I will now unfortunately.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was moving houses and requested if they can ship as quick as possible and their customer service managed to ship it out in as little as 5 days! Thank you very much, would recommend to anybody! Would be buying from Chuu for many more times
