The meter did arrive at time. I have had some difficulties to get the first result but your responses on my questions were quick and helpful. Your user manual is a little bit confusing need more explanation on the difference of the blood channels from ric acid and glucose strips. It's a pity that that the units on the meter are not customizable. I did not pay attention during the order of my meter I got one with the units mmol so that i have to do the calculation to mg everytime.
N.B. In your order document it's noticed that orders inside EU would be with the mg units and for UK in mmol. Luxembourg is part of the EU

Je pensais recevoir ce produit en moins d’une semaine comme annoncé. Mais à ce je jour je n’est pas encore reçu ma commande… Je vais sûrement demander le remboursement si dans 3 jours je n’ai encore rien ... Désolée 😣

The blood glucose meter which I received does not seem to be working. When I switch it on, pressing button M, the screen shows three bars. Pressing buttons D and C has no effect on the screen display. Can you please advise me on what to do?

Commande livrée par DPD....plusieurs jours de retard.....j'ai du finalement acheter mes bandelettes de test en pharmacie pour en avoir a temps.....colis livré 8 jours après la commande...demande de retour et remboursement refusés ! A l'avenir je passerai par un autre site qui est moins cher en plus....

This machine seems to have good repeatability. It's quite easy to use as well. Also the seller was keen to check with us if you are using the right machine for AQ type strip before even delivery. So kind of you ☺️.
