They say their product's failure to report accurate numbers is an acceptable level of error; in simple terms, you can't trust this product and need to finger-test to make sure you medicate properly. Under no circumstances just trust what this device says.

Device 1 (SN: 7B3025872523P): This device has completed its 15-day wear cycle. It was 2 mmol under for the whole 15 days.
Device 2 (SN: 841001C03444A): Showed a LOW reading on all days and then crashed and stopped working
Device 3 (SN: 841007E83434A): Started at approximately 2 mmol/L above your fingerstick reading, then increased to 3–5 mmol/L above in the last few days. The session ended on day 11.
Device 4 (SN: 8410020E3494A): Currently in use was accurate for 1 day and is now almost 2mmol over

Sinocare support misrepresented what I wrote to them twice about the faults with their product and is trying to avoid warranty replacements. They do not replace items under warranty if you bought from Amazon, leaving Amazon to be penalised for their problems.

Amazon has refunded me, and I will be using a more reliable vendor in future.

I have hard a problem on a glucometer and I jave conta ted the customer service. I have received a wonderful assistance. They have solved my problem quickly and efficentely. My compliment on customer service, that demonstrate professionality and reliability.

Soy persona con Diabetes tipo 1 y llevo años usando los productos de Sinocare para el cuidado de mi enfermedad. Sus glucómetros son una opción 10, desde el Safe AQ Voice que te da el resultado en voz alta, hasta el Safe AQ Air que puedes enlazar al móvil a través de Bluetooth y registrar en la aplicación las ingestas, glucemia, hacer anotaciones, etc. Además, también disponen de sensores de monitorización continua, lo que supone una mayor calidad de vida para las personas que convivimos con la patología. Importante también que cuando lo he necesitado, el personal me ha atendido de maravilla. Así que estoy muy contenta con sus productos y el trato en general ☺️.

A mí me ha ido muy mal, pedi 50 tiras reactivas y me mandaron unas diferentes porque tienen la mala costumbre de hacer varios aparatos muy similares y hacen las tiras diferentes, no se hacen cargo del error, perdí mi dinero y compré un aparato de otra marca, total unos estafadores.

He tenido la oportunidad de probar los productos de Sinocare y mi experiencia ha sido positiva. Me han parecido productos fáciles de utilizar, prácticos y con una buena relación calidad-precio. También valoro que la información y el funcionamiento sean sencillos, algo importante cuando buscas un producto que puedas utilizar sin complicaciones.

En general, estoy satisfecho con la experiencia y creo que Sinocare es una opción interesante para quienes buscan productos fiables y a un precio razonable.

Sinocare Monitor de glucosa en sangre, es una marca que mejor relación calidad-precio ofrece en 2026 según mi propia experiencia.
Los resultados son precisos y consistentes (siempre dentro del margen de error aceptable del 10-15%), aparece la lectura en solo 5-10 segundos, necesita apenas 0.6µL de sangre (lo que hace el pinchazo casi indoloro), y lo mejor de todo: el kit completo trae tiras de recambio y agujas de recambio.
Para uso diario es perfecto: fiable, rápido, económico y fácil de usar.
Totalmente recomendado para cualquier persona con diabetes que busque un glucómetro serio sin gastar una fortuna.

Brought 2 sensors from Sinocarestore on ebay. 1st sensor fell off within 4 days of application which had annoyed me as their products aren't cheap. I then applied the second device. The second device started giving me much higher readings than the monitor I brought from amazon (Same company). It read 7.5. I immediately grabbed my monitor and it read 5.5. Massive difference in readings. I have reported this to sinocarestore via ebay and they seem to not give 2 hoots about the inaccurate readings of their monitor. Instead they sent me a whole message about how CGM monitors work. I am aware how they work as I am a community nursing sister and deal with monitors on a daily basis and have never known any other brand to be this inaccurate. There has been no offer of a replacement device (not that I even want it as I will never trust it again) or a refund for the items brought as they are faulty. They have ignored my last email sent. My Diabetic midwife is disgusted by how they can treat people. I will also be sending a report to the yellow card scheme as other members of the public need to be aware how dangerous this company is.
EDIT 15/09 ~ I have received correspondence now from sinocare and have been promised this will be reported to their warehouse. They have refunded me in full. I have been asked to take down the review of which I refused to do as I feel others should be aware of how dangerous the machines are and have made them aware I will update the review but not take it down of which I have. Customer service seems to only work when a negative review is left which is also not the way a business should run. After I left this review, they eventually replied to my email.

La verdad que me ha parecido muy fácil encontrar el producto que necesitaba en su web, que era un monitor de glucosa para controlar mi azúcar. Es kit es muy completo y además me lo puedo llevar a todas partes, encuentro recambios fácilmente y la verdad que calidad precio muy bueno. El producto cumple con mis necesidades y si tengo alguna duda ellos me la resuelven. A fecha de hoy sigo usando sus productos.

I got the Dino are blood glucose monitor for my late mum as her blood sugar was really high. We wanted to monitor it so she would not become diabetic. It’s really simple to use and instructions were easy to follow. Definitely would recommend if you are worried about or just want to keep a healthy check on your bloody sugar levels.

I’ve been using a Sinocare glucose meter and I’m very happy with it. It’s easy to use, practical and makes checking my blood glucose quick and simple. I’ve found it very useful and convenient for regular glucose monitoring. A very good product that I would definitely recommend.

I have tested a few Sinocare products. The latest Safe AQ Air, which is a simple blood testing system for blood glucose, I have tried and tested alongside monitors from AgaMatrix and Abbott, and I find it consistent with these other products. It is easy to use, and I really like the fact that it will synchronise with my phone so I don't have to separately note the measurements. That is a big bonus!

Uso da anni il glucometro Safe Accu. Mi trovo molto bene: è pratico, affidabile e semplice da utilizzare. La mia professione mi mette a contatto con diverse marche, ma preferisco usare questo anche per l'addestramento di persone che necessitano monitoraggio glicemico, per la semplicità di utilizzo. Ho anche il misuratore della pressione e da poco tempo anche il misuratore dell'uricemia . Mi trovo molto bene con tutti i loro prodotti, e continuo a tornare da loro ogni volta necessito di un nuovo sistema di monitoraggio.

The product works amazing, I am hypertensive and very accurate, besides the shopping experience and customer service is very good! I think it is a very good product at an excellent price.
