The Company was launched in 2016 after the founder Paul Judge spent several years researching all aspects of the delivery of NVQ’s within the Construction Industry. With the help of industry expert Paul Kent, our founder created Endeavor Training with the aim to be the No1 Training provider of Management NVQ’s and other Construction qualifications in the UK. Garry Kidd made this so user friendly…
Garry Kidd made this so user friendly and stress free! I'm 48 and not the best with IT but Garry took myself and a college through our level 7 NVQ. He didn't rush us and made sure that we were ready (with reminder emails) for all the assessments. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to further their education. And if you do get Garry it will almost be a pleasure...... Thanks guys

Great support and guidance throughout my NVQ Level 6
I’ve just finished my NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management with Endeavour Training, and honestly, the whole experience was really smooth and supportive from start to finish. My assessor was great — always available when I needed help or clarification, and the feedback I got was clear and useful.
The online system was easy to use, and the process felt well organised, which made balancing work and study much easier. I always felt guided and encouraged through each unit. Would definitely recommend Endeavour to anyone looking to progress in construction management — they make the NVQ process straightforward and stress-free.

Level 7 NVQ with Endeavour
I recently completed my Level 7 NVQ in Construction Senior Management with Endeavour Training and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The support from my Assessor Matt Burridge was excellent, providing clear guidance and constructive feedback throughout the process. His knowledge and expertise made the qualification both achievable and highly valuable for my career. The whole process was well structured, efficient and tailored to suit my work commitments. I subsequently went on to successfully complete my Professional Review for Membership of CIOB through Endeavour Training. NVQ Level 7 and MCIOB well done!
I recently completed my NVQ Level 7 Construction Management and then my MCIOB with Endeavour Training and Assessment UK, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Excellent from start to finish
From start to finish, it was an enjoyable experience. At first I was anxious about the amount of time required, but very soon after the 1st assessment, my anxiety was put to rest.

Very professional
I recently completed the Level 5 Diploma in Fire Safety & Risk Management with Endeavour Group, and it was excellent from start to finish. The course content was thorough, practical, and directly applicable to real fire safety work. The support from tutors was outstanding, and the flexible structure made it easy to balance with my job. I now feel fully equipped to take on advanced fire safety responsibilities. Highly recommended!
